Review 1：As big as that your hotel is no assessment to free WiFi compared to smaller hotels even ordinary hostel have a free WiFi at this 20th century your hotel is till using that kind of television

Review 2：The cleanliness and breakfast is not bad

Review 3：Holey towels, unstable bed, wifi against fee (4 Euro/day) working onbalcony only, but most important- attention! They charged us 15 Euromore and even write it to the confirmation as "comisionreserva", when we asked why, as in our reservation clearly staysother amount without additional fees, they answered it is because ofexchange rate and I should contact my bank, as they maybe have sometransfer commission, which is totally nonsense. If you check thecomments here, you find out, I´m not the only one.

Review 7：I read some reviews before I booked and I stayed open minded. I'm pleased I did because Palma Bay was excellent value for money, clean, welcoming, staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, the food was of good quality, facilities very good and the general environment made for a good break.

Review 8：I found a woman's sanitary towel in my bed the first night, we rang reception and they said they would send a cleaner but didn't, we went to reception next morning to complain but they didn't seem to bothered.

We stayed in Habana building and we had very dirty room, they put a sticker where is written "disinfected", but the toilet and bathroom were not clean at all. I had to buy detergent and clean myself. untasty food, but possible to find something from buffet.

The clientele were a mixed bunch, some decent enough folk others were extremely noisy and drunk most of the time. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything from people passing in the corridor

Review 47：Returned from 3 days trip from Palma and stay at this excellent resort. Checked in late night on Saturday, got into room@Habana bldg, found the condition of room in good shape. All the staff@reception are very co-operative, helpful even though they were v busy, spoke good English. Food served during breakfast, lunch, dinner was fresh and hot. Eating room were hygienic, staff cleaned the table as soon it was emptied, refilling of food was quick. They had good variety for vegetarians also. In fact, when Chef came to know that I'm a Veggy, he offered me to cook rice / vegetables separately though he was quiet occupied. Lotsa of pools, Jacuzzi, mingolf. They have this activity place for kids which got started on the last day of my stay but my daughter enjoyed painting and few games. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone. If I visit Palms next time, this is my place to stay.

It NEVER worked I alwas had to go to Burger King to read my emails. -Food is very bad, nothing healthy to eat, just junk food -Dirty Room: After cleaning my room it was sometimes dirtier as before with lot of hairs of other people on my floor (dirt from other rooms)

Review 62：I don't know where to start from.. We were promised a room with sea view and we ended up in a building outside the main hotel area (Gobi),in a tiny room facing a building under construction, without air-condition, which was ridiculously overpriced for no reason. Dirty room and especially the bathroom on a daily basis (literally filled with hair -even on towels- dust on surfaces, stained bed sheets from centuries of use, dirty balcony without even a plastic chair to seat and many more) not to mention that our towels were not changed during our 3 day staying. No room service (in fact the phone in the room was not even working). We paid 9 euros for wifi and it was not working, plus they denied to refund us for a service that was not provided after all! The food was terrible and the drinks offered in the all inclusive package were of the worst cheapest kind. The staff at the reception were not friendly and although it is advertised on your site that the hotel offers pick up services from the airport, we were told that we were wrong and pointed out rudely that we should have checked twice! The rest of the staff at the bars and restaurants were excellent, well mannered and although many of them did not speak English they were always patient and truly happy to help! The facilities were extremely poor as well. The gym consists of two runways and a bike and what was outrageous was that they required a deposit of 20 euros so as to give you the key to the gym! Needless to say that the sauna was not working.. Overall I would say that it was a complete waste of money and it should not even have one star. We felt cheated and the worst is that when we arrived we met some ladies from UK staying there already who warned us not to stay! Other hotels by the seaside were cheaper and offering better services.. We do not regret visiting S'Arenal or Mallorca but we regret spending so much for nothing.
