Review 1：Everything ! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have been in many upmarket hotels in different countries. The friendliness, co-operation, helpfulness and skills of the entire hotel staff were amazing, and a tribute to excellent training and management.

Review 2：Not enough staff in the evening at the front desk. Called many times on different nights and nobody answered. Spanish restaurant =quality left to be desired (I was served a dish- ham croquettes- that was frozen solid, I sent it back and it was still cold in the center the second time...)

Review 4：The main pool (not in the spa area), was 27-28 degrees, and was a bit to cold for swimming in over Christmas, which was a shame as it is a lovelyl pool. Another couple of degrees higher would make all the difference.

Review 5：We had a 5 yr old son and a baby girl with us and we stayed in a normal double room which was perfect for all of us as the hotel moved furniture around and fitted a cot and single bed for our son before we arrived. The service was brilliant, the hotel lovely and roomy, gorgeous garden, pool and spa

Review 22：Fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so helpful. The spa facilities were amazing. Best hotel we have stayed at without a doubt. We will be back. The hotel is so relaxed and peaceful. The only problems i had with the trip were due to transfers. However the front desk staff quickly rectified the issues.

Review 23：The breakfast is incredible, turns into a small daily event, EVERYTHING you could imagine. Staff are very eager to help in any way, from parking your car on arrival to checking throughout your stay there is nothing more that they can do to help. Chocolates every night on the bed... access to amazing spa with great pools.

Review 24：One small gripe people on mobile phones talking very loudly by the pool can't understand why some people think it's ok to talk on the phone for up to 30 minutes (one day) while other guests ar trying to relax it is just so rude, so I do feel the management need to deal with this issue.

Review 49：We booked a couples treatment at the spa, and it was an odd experience to say the least, we felt that some of the comments were inappropriate (i.e. 'you will see her in a thong if you haven't already', 'this is for couples to see each other' ???), asides from that, the end of the treatment, which was a snack of fruit and juice, consisted of an old apple we did not even touch and bottled juice, considering the price and the quality of the overall spa treatment, we felt robbed at the one apple and bottled juice deal, when we had thought it'd be fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice

The breakfast was fantastic and we were positively overwhelmed by the variety and quality of what they offered. The hotel is charming and its location is great, but again, could use an update in certain areas

Review 98：1. All the hotel restaurants are very, very expensive for the portions they offer. 2. We didn't like the fact that the receptionist asked us to pay the sum on our arrival...it was the first time I was told so in a hotel. It seems that our Greek origin played a big role...we felt that there was a lot of suspiciousness...at last, we paid 2 days before our departure and I am pretty sure that we were among the few, not to say, the only one, who paid such a big amount of money, in cash.

Review 99：What I didn't like could be answered more easily! I loved the spa facilities and the hotel garden. Also its location is just great as the hotel is very close to a bus station and this makes it very easy to visit other places of Tenerife. And last but not least....I was impressed by the fact that every afternoon, at about 7-8 pm, a lady was coming to our room to check if we were in need of towels, toilet paper etc. And before leaving , she was gaving to us a small chocolate!!!!

Review 100：1) compared to other things, the bathroom is a bit too small and the choice of shampoos/gels could be better 2) the food in the restaurant is a bit too salty - there's marine salt everywhere. 3) as in most hotels, alas, the sound insulation is rather poor. But this is all minute compared to the general wonderful impression.

Review 110：I truly enjoyed staying at the hotel! Classical style with superior service, delicious food, very friendly and professional personnel! Big variety of SPA programms and life music in the bar every evening makes your holidays even more pleasant. Hotel is mostly visited by mature couples, but it will be very nice for people of any age looking for high quality place to relax. Getting to the beach will take you about 15 minutes walking, hotel offers free shuttle services, taxi will cost you 3 - 4 euros. I did not have any problems with WiFi at all. Highly recommended!

Review 111：We had one meal in the Italian restaurant on-site but were hugely disappointed (it's not a place I'd recommend to others) based on the food quality and price they charge. The beds were OK but could have been more comfortable. Some days, some maintenance works started from 9 am making a lot of noise (cutting grass, trimming palm trees, etc). Not ideal if you wanted to sleep in.

Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices The hotel is very clean. Clearly they have an excellent rota to clean not only the main things that people can see immediately but also for the things that people don't necessarily notice. Free and fast internet both via wifi and ethernet cable connection in the room. Pool staff clean the pool regularly and are quick to ensure you have an umbrella and towels. They don't want you to move a fingers and always anticipate your needs. Free parking and with 24x7 security. Amazing sea views, but if you want sun in the mornings get a room with pool/mountain views.

The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. Taxi to the city was cheap and always readily available. Hotel restaurants with very tasty food and excellent atmosphere; lunch by the pool was fabulous. From the welcome drink when we arrived to the last farewell, everything was absolutely perfect. It is certainly worth its price!
