Review 1：Quality of food very good. Staff helpful and friendly and the standards of behaviour encouraged and evident from the guests ( mainly German) at the hotel made for a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Review 5：+ great breakfast + beautiful pool area + beach is just 1 min. away (walk down the stairs from the pool) + beach is not so crowded (in comparison to beach directly in Conil de le Frontera) + very calm and quiet area around

Review 6：The vast majority of guests are German so don't expect anything other than the news in English on the TV. The stiff, almost constant, breeze can become tiresome.

Review 7：The hotel is spectacularly located on cliffs overlooking a lovely beach. It has a good sized pool, as well as a children's pool, and plenty of reclining sun-beds on the surrounding grassy areas. The staff are amazingly friendly and efficient.

Review 8：Minor irritant was having to pay deposits for pool towels and for the key for the old fashioned safe in the room (and then the hunt to find the receipts to get the deposit back at the end of our stay)

Review 9：Location was excellent, in extensive gardens along the low cliffs, with great views up the coast from our balcony. Less than 5 mins' walk down to the beach, with a lovely little bar half way up/down. We were visiting friends who live nearby, and we would definitely stay here again.

Review 11：This was our third stay at this hotel. This time with children and grandchild. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel for its excellent standards. We have a sea view room which is beautiful. The staff are lovely , the service excellent and the choice of buffet food is amazing. It has a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Will be going again next year!

Review 17：Nice pools and facilities. Sauna costs 14 euros if you want it and the hotel will lend you towels for the beach/pools if you leave a deposit of 10 euros a towel (returnable). We enjoyed a walk in to town each morning for breakfast (we didn't eat at tthe hotel). This can be done along a cliff top walk or along the beach, depending on the tide.

Review 26：The first night we got a room with partial view for the sea but we booked one with a view. For the second day we could change it easily so all in all it was O.K. No wifi in the rooms is just unacceptable from a hotel like this. Even in the hall we could use free wifi but it was very poor.

Review 27：The location, the facilities of the hotel, the breakfast, the view, the pool, the garden are all amazing. The staff very friendly, but not everybody speaks English, only German.

The kids club didn't really have a lot to offer compared to some other resorts we've visited, but then we compensated by spending more time on the beach. It would also be good if there were some beach toys such as kayaks or jet skis to hire, either on the beach or as an excursion from the hotel.

Review 33：The moment we arrived we were made welcome by the efficient and caring reception staff. All areas were very well kept and our bedroom and bathroom extra clean, Breakfast and dinner were standard for a 4* except Wednesdays a traditional andalucian night. Excellent!! As is the location of the hotel on a cliff edge with wonderful sea views. Must mention Angy of the entertainment dept. She is good! We enjoyed our stay and hope to do it again soon.

Review 35：Everything about the hotel suited us perfectly. It was superb, from arriving at the front desk to leaving we were made to feel welcome. Dirk in particular was charming. The restaurant and all of it's staff were great, chefs, waiters included, nothing was too much trouble. The food choices were exceptional especially the seafood night. The pool area with it's garden was lovely Enjoyed what evening entertainment we saw. The Hotels beach location was super. But I think a car is necessary.

Review 57：The room we were initially given was a twin and not double bed. The hotel staff said Booking.com had not given them this information but they sorted it out ASAP and gave us probably the best room in the hotel (315).

Review 58：The hotel location is unbeatable as it faces the Atlantic Ocean and has direct access to the Fuente del Gallo beach, which is very pretty, one of the prettiest we have been to. The facilities are very good: swimming pools, bar, security, parking, free evening entertainment and activities. We loved the hotel chiringuito. We rate this hotel 9.5 out of 10.
