Review 1：My brother and I visited Villas Flamenco Conil for two nights over the first weekend in May. Upon arrival, we were immediately amazed by the property's lovely and private location. The villas are family-owned and operated and we were greeted very warmly by the family when we arrived. They were welcoming, funny and made us feel right at home. We stayed in one of their ground floor villas which included a nice-sized grass-covered "backyard" with gorgeous sea views. The 2 bedroom apartment included 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with a washing machine and a separate living room. In addition, each bedroom had balcony doors that opened to the patio/backyard beyond. (The apartment had recently undergone renovations and was immaculate when we arrived.) The area surrounding the Villas Flamenco is charming and reminded us of an upscale seaside neighborhood in Uruguay. Eucalyptus trees abound and when combined with the scent of surrounding wildflowers, you cannot help but relax. In addition, guests get direct access to a private area of beach between two cliffs and access to all of the amenities of the hotel next door, including a cliffside restaurant/bar with panoramic sea views. However, the views from the villas are exceptional and my brother and I were quite happy to spend most of our time on site. There is a small local grocery store about a two minute drive from the hotel and the town of Conil is perhaps 8 minutes away and has all of the restaurants, etc., that one could want. The town is also a nice area to go for a walk with its charming winding streets and seaside views. We highly recommend Villas Flamenco Conil and hope to return in the near future!
Review 2：First of all it was really cold (we went at end of december), they didn't heated up the condo before our arrival. The heating system was bad, 2 days wasn't enough then to reach 20 degrees. Second problem was, that they didn't wait for us, we had to wait 20 minutes to somebody to let us in (we were the only guests). The receptionist didn't speak a word in english. Third problem was bycicle rental, it wasn't possible to arrange it at the reception, instead the lady pointed in the map the rental possibilities in Conil. Don't go there without car, Conil centre is 5 kilometer away.
Review 3：It is really close to a good beach, the view is ok as well. The apartmen is clean and well equiped.

Review 6：Fantastic place to spend relaxing holidays... Everything was reallyperfect! Exterior: snowwhite villa, amazing view to Atlantic ocean fromall windows! Our appartment was on the second floor, so we had as welladditional space on the roof with the ocean view on sunset or stars (atnight time :)). Very green territory, respect to the gardener! Veryclean swimming pool with the soft lawn nearby (feels like persiancarpet). Parking place for all visitors in the shadow of the tent ortrees. Safe territory. Beautiful wood stair separates the villa from theocean. The beach is mostly sandy, however there are some rocks, so as wehad small kids we preferred to go to another beach which was around 5mins drive from the place. The villa itself is close to Conil de laFrontera village with great restaurants, large grocery, and touristicshops. Car is mandatory for this place. It was as well a bit challengingto find this place - we used Garmin gps w/ eu maps. For those who isusing the same gps please mind that the name of the city is Conil de laFrontera (we have confused that name of the city and name of the street,so first came into wrong place). Interior: Very cosy appartments. Thestyle is very home-like. The kitchen is fully equiped and what Ispecially like is that plates and dishes were new without chips. Alsowhen we arrived, there was no ketlle, but it was provided in 5 minutesafter our request. Cleaning was done every three days. Service: Probablythe service level is smth which makes this place very unique! It isoutstanding! We always feel cared. Special thanks to Anna and Esteban.All staff is very friendly and helpful. Esteban (responsible manager ofthe villas?) was very kind to recommend and help us with booking ofgreat restaurants, Anna helped us with booking of great Flamenco eveningin the town.

Review 13：Nothing critical. Just things to be aware of: - the place is remote ie you need a car (or at least a bike) to go shopping or to the centre of the village - mosquitoes, but if you respect some common sense rules then no problem.
Review 14：A real paradise, wonderful place with all equipment needed, close to the beach, quiet area, nice garden and well maintained common areas, safe. Very nice swimming pool (yet not open when we were there). Good service and ideas where to go out from reception employee.
