Review 1：The AC in our room was broken. Never saw any one in the hotel. No one to ask questions, etc. It was about 95 degrees during our visit and the AC was not functioning in the room. Wifi was non-existent.
Review 2：The location was excellent. The women did answer her cell phone and tried to assist with things from a far.
Review 3：I made reservations at Casa Blanco over 3 months in advance of my family's stay. I had notifies the hotel that we would no be arriving until 8:00 or 9:00 at night. When we got to the hotel it was locked, no staff in sight. With help from the hotel across the street we reached the owner by phone. Her excuse was that she assumed we would contact her by phone upon our arrival. If nothing else I should have been notified about this. In addition, the WiFi did not work, floor boards were loose in front of the rooms's window and staff is only on site between 9:00am and 2:00pm.
Review 4：The location was very good. The rooms are clean and modern.
Review 5：Due to booking in the Spring, the room was extremely cold, damp and smelt of mould (visible on ceilings).However, room has new windows and a dehumidifier so likely to be rectified. Also WiFi didnt work and when we queried this we were told that sometimes this happens with some devices (we had Kindle, Apple and Samsung appliances and it didnt work on any!).

Review 7：It is not a nice welcome to arrive at 6pm at the nice hotel with a reservation finding a very cold room in winter, without being able to take your clothes off and have a shower. It feels a bit miserable and mean. Think about it and keep it warm!

Review 9：As others mentioned, the bathroom is a bit of an interesting layout. The shower is in the middle with a curtain on each side leading to the sink and toilet.Separating the whole area were 2 saloon style glass doors. It wasn't a problem for us though. I thought it was quirky.
Review 10：The rooms were neat, clean, in a great location. Staff was excellent, they emailed us a map and suggestions for parking before we arrived. They also gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat.

Review 13：Not all beds canopied as stated. A/C wouldn't go below 27c on a very hot day. Bad lighting. Weird arrangement in bathroom.No decent mirror. We were only there for one night so mentioned on checking out about canopied bed & got an unsatisfactory reply so didn't bother mentioning other points. Wouldn't go back,wouldn't recommend!

We were locked inside the hotel in the morning, and had to call the hotel staff located in another hotel to let us out.
