Review 1：Hotel location is not near from Palma. Brekfast time is not comfortable if you want to go outside early. There is no water in bathroom at all. A lot of drunken German people.

Review 3：The german people were very noisy and asociale. Especially the groups. The room was very hot, we missed airco. There was a lot of noise of the people how picked up the garbage on the street.

Review 14：Me and my boyfriend went here for the 3th time, the hostel is recently renovated. It's small but clean and everything what you need is there. Breakfast had become much better then other years! Staff is very nice.

Review 15：it happened to me first time in my life, that receptionist refused to book a taxi to airport for next day early morning, very unpolite person. Manager arranged that but such people shouldn`t be working in a hotel at all. Room was ok for the price, but was smelling very badly, it was still strong even after letting the balcony opened all the day. Stuff generally unpolite.

Review 16：Very noisy. Early in the morning it was a party in the next room we couldn't sleep. There are very few parking places on the street, we there lucky to find one.

Review 17：I was very supprised that breakfast was included in such a low price and it was quite good. It's good place to stay if you prefer night life and require the place to sleep only.

Review 18：There was a huge flying (!!!) cockroach in my room and the man at the reception desk behaved like it was my fault and my problem. Was so very rude! The security guy took some spray and killed the insect, but the smell in the room was so strong that it was hard to stay in it. The only option was to open the only window and hope that no more insects would fly in. And there was no conditioner. And the reception guy refused to change the room and instead started shouting at me. They suggested that I open the door and go to bed. Worst hotel ever! Would never recommend to anyone.

Review 20：Some places could do with a good deep clean and updated. Young germans drinking early morning (9am) at entrance of Teide. Sleep disturbance till early hours of the morning. Not hearing any other UK travellers.

Review 22：It is a "drinking" hostal with a bar on the ground floor. No air conditioning and no ventilation in room - was almost impossible to sleep. Bad food at the breakfast, bathroom in poor condition. Room service, especially cleaning - awful.

Review 24：The staff at night was very rude, didn't speak proper english, ignored me, didn't give all change when bought drinks, wouldn't let any guests in(hotel fee for any guest is 20euro). The walls were very thin, had to use earplugs, toilet seat was broken, bath tub was dirty when I moved in. Luggage room not always locked

Review 28：I did not feel safe there. Room entrance door were damaged, Half of barrier on balcony between us and neighbours was missing. Our Vespa parking in front of hostal entrance was damaged by drunk guest causing 200euro damage. No air conditioning, terrible smell in bathroom. I would not recommend to anyone.

Review 31：Before my coming to Hostal Teide, I had read a lot of negative opinion about this hotel. But I was very, very positively surprised. The staff is very friendly, especially bald guy:) The room for this price was really comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. Room was clean, the cleaning lady changed our towel about 3 times a week. The breakfast was everyday the same but tasty and You can eat how much You want. I really honestly recommend this hotel for such a low price!:)

Review 32：Room was not clean. There were stains in the sheets and a hair on the toilet. During our stay we didn't get any clean towels or sheets. If you left something on the bed they didn`t make the bed. All with all not clean and hygenic. The bed was very hard.

Real theatre of tragedy.

The pool was very dirty, someone put a cigarette bud in the pool, I saw little bugs inside and it seemed it was not cleaned daily. No tv No fridge, it was hot in the night we went to buy drinks before it was morning which is even hotter our drinks was hot.

Yes. it is quite noisy in hostel and around the area but you've got to be prepared to it if you choose S'Arenal in general!

Review 80：I could not cancel my booking eventhough it was said on the webpage ofthe hotel that it can be done. They just ignored this. The stuff of thehotel was terrible. They all suddenly lost the ability to speak eitherenglish or german when I wanted to cancel the booking. Awfull.Furthermore the breakfast was disgusting and my hotelroom was cleanedtoo seldom (twice during one week of travel).

Review 88：Rooms are perfect, I had number 112 on the first floor, and I evenmanaged to get wifi from the reception area, very powerful. There weretwo single beds in my room, in one of them I could feel the springs inthe mattress, but I moved to the other bed. Separate bathroom, smallbathtub without plughole, very hot water all the time. Everything wasvery clean, the walls of my room looked like if they were paintedyesterday. Of course you get those people coming back late, shouting andeven singing in the corridors and in their room, but fortunately theycome back late (or early morning) so I think they are a little tired andit does not last long. It did not bother me, then it remembered me thatI was younger long ago and that I did exactly the same (actually worse).On the other hand There rooms on three sides of the building and faraway from the lift and stairs, and speaking to other customers they toldme that they couldn't hear anything. So, as always, it reallydepends on the room you are given. The hotel is very well situated, notfar from the beach, and although they are plenty of supermarketseverywhere, there is a mercadona not too far from the hotel, look on theG. map, or there are also three or four Lidl a little bit further in thedirection of Palma. The hostal serves an excellent breakfast from 8until 10am, and when I write "excellent" I mean it. Windowsare double-glazed, and there is a small terrace where you can take somesun in the afternoon. The receptionists were great and very helpful. Ispoke to one of the managers, he is dedicated to make customers as happyas humanly possible, I also want to personally thank the receptionists,the cleaning ladies and the breakfast ladies, you are all doing a greatjob, you are all definitely one of my best experience with booking.
