Review 1：It would be good if the management put a remark on the website that you need to have your own toilet paper and other disposables not to find yourself run out of paper at 10 pm and the shops closed

Review 2：The location is absolutely wonderful albeit a bit further from the town centre but it is still just a 10 minute walk. The apartment is really nice with everything that you need especially when youn travel with small children.

Review 3：Inventory of all property (f.ex. kettles, tableware, hangers...) both arrival and departure day. Chairs were dirty. Small ants were running all over the apartment.

Review 15：a kettle would be a good addition to the kitchen. And it was a little awkward to have a second floor (first in the UK terms) apartment when you have to carry the pram upstairs all the time - it was not clear on the website...

Review 16：Great apartment with a lot of space and a nice kitchenette which is what you need when you travel with kids. The beds were comfortable, lots of storage space and a big living room for all of us to get together while dispersing for bed time to different rooms. The location was not in the centre of the town but we quite liked it as it was nice and quiet and a good walk to the centre was our daily gentle exercise with some stops at nice restaurants en-route. The beach is a literally just out of the door and was not particularly busy at this time of year. Overall would recommend it if you don't mind being slightly out of the town.

Review 17：a private beach and night club in front of the property with loud music until 2-3am with no mention whatsoever on the booking. The fact that they charge your credit card with 30% pre-payment once you booked where booking says nothing about this. The fact that you are asked by them on the first day to pay the remaining sum of money for your stay where normally you pay when you check out. Staff has a hard time to be smiley.

Review 19：However ... the shower was broken and were promised that it would be fixed which never happened. The supply of complimentary soap, toilet paper, kitchen cleaning aids were beyond disappointing. We had to txt the manager to get some toilet paper. No cleaning cloths or dishwasing liquid in the kitchen.

Review 23：the bedroom was so small and stuffy no air con and can not open windows because of mosquitos. The bathroom was ridiculously small. Loud music till late at night.ridiculously overpriced. The final insult is they count every knife, fork, glass and utensil when you leave when the whole lot would cost 50e. ohh and the hot water did not work and the internet was useless.

Review 25：There are just a few little things, no big investment needed, to improve the apartment’s rating and eventually the return for the owner. We would recommend to provide your guests with a set of wine glasses, a kitchen towel, some dish detergent / -sponge as well as a few instructions or manuals on the facilities (for example which fuse to switch off, if two persons showered but you still need hot water). A toaster would also be nice.

Review 26：The location of the apartment hotel is outstanding. Right on the beach, no street or other house in front of you, just sand, the ocean and – which is a little bit of a pity - a beach club. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with the great terrace, located on the right side on the first level. The beach club (left side) didn’t bother us at all. It didn’t block the view and it wasn’t very loud. But we have to mention, that we stayed there in the first week of September, so high season was over. The apartment was clean, modernly equipped, quiet and spacious.

Review 27：I'd like to share a number of things. Looking at earlier reviews i know one of the owners will respond to this review first thanking me or us for the review and then saying it is all untrue or exceptional. However, i am an expert on travelling and therefore of hotels, locations, staff etc I have seen a lot. That having said you like to know the following things. 1. Wifi is very poor, i checked this with other people staying, same thing. You can hardly work with the WIFI which for me is important to work (like here in Best Western Paris). 2. Yes, the apartments are located on the beach, but is highly obstructed by a club playing music every dat from 6 pm until 2 / 3 in the morning. I went complaining, but they'll never help you (at the club). They're playing clubbing music till late in the morning every day, depending on the locations of your room you are at least bothered by it. Next, you don't walk to the beach as if it a empty beach, cause you walk in to a huge restaurant / club. 3. Related to previous point, the location; apartments on the beach - being more expensive - are totally useless because of the club mentioned, you'd better have one on the side of the complex. Then, when you're staying on one of the sides, it turns out the place is highly frequented by visitors either going to the beach, to the club, or to some major activity next to the club. Either, whole day long people are parking in front of the complex, p@ssing in the dunes next doors, walking by, wathing fireworks, it's like a carnival entrance. I think you wanne know all this if you're looking for a place to relax.

Review 28：It has good location, so the weather is good and it's nice area, though you like to know it's like a big resort with mostly french folks and therefore you wanne have a car at your disposal.

Review 45：The 'hot' water was only warm when we arrived for 3 nights. The staff tried but failed to fix the problem the first night. The 2nd attempt the next day resulted in cold water and the staff departed without making any further attempt to fix the problem. I managed to fix the problem on the last day when no staff were in attendance. I await some compensation for this critical failure. The manager was on holiday and there was no one available to satisfactorily deal with the situation.

Review 46：It is a very good budget holiday venue provided nothing goes wrong.

Review 47：The check in process was rather slow, with bugs in the system. The Beach club partialy obstruct the sea view from ground floor terace. Public coffee machine was not working properly. The window to pool area doesn't have mosquito net, which would be usefull and it can't be opened for ventilation only. This means it has to be closed most of the day and the slerping room gets quite hot.

Review 49：The kitchen could have been better equipped, but it is ok for a shortstay. Toilet could have been better ventilated, perhaps with an electricfan providing forced ventilation. Ants trying to infest the room on thefirst two days, but if you use an insecticide, they go away quickly.

Close torestaurants and the downtown area. Free wi-fi. A good last-minutediscount. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool. Public parkingavailable across the street. We really enjoyed our stay, but it isfair to warn people looking for a romantic French getaway that LaGrande Motte is a modern, rather futuristic town with no historicalarea (or at least we did not find one).

Review 51：I didn't like having to vacate the apartment by 11 am, our flight was not until the evening therefore we couldn't use the beach on this day as we would not have any shower facilities.

Review 60：The apartment did not have a supply of basic bathroom (soap) and kitchen supplies (such as salt & pepper, oil, etc). Be prepared to bring them or run to the nearby store to pick them up. The kitchen is adequate for preparing simple meals but don't plan to make gourmet dinners.

Review 61：Helpful staff at the front desk. Beach front condo, clean and very comfortable that includes with a nice seaside patio. Small but very functional private pool and lounging area that gets a good mix of sun and shade. Steps away from the Yacht Club beach house if you are interested in a relaxing drink, snack or meal. Last but definitely not least, you are right on the expanse of the white sand beach that makes up La Grande Motte,

Review 62：Noise from outside road if you get an apartment from the road side, also from the nearby skate park. The place is also hard to find as there is no sign outside, no post signs either. We were driving in front of it couple of times not knowing that its there.
