Review 1：-room with three beds and for smokers instead one double bed and non-smoking room requested when I did the booking. -view unexistentwith no privacy ( the neighbours window was very close and they can see inside our room)

Review 9：We had to pay for water at dinner although we had paid for half board. We were not even allowed to carry our own water for dinner, infact one evening my boyfriend was choking, there was no water on the table and nobody helped. The food was uncooked, lived on boiled eggs and finger chips for five days. The remaining five days lived on street food that was ten times better that what they served us. Breakfast and dinner was the same daily. Cakes were hard. Flies all over the food as it wasn't covered. One evening i found hair in my sweet dish and the best part is when we made a noise about all this instead of taking note of our complaints, the guy at the reception called the police...sick ppl. We asked for a matrimonial bed but we got two single beds. No soaps, towels were changed once in 5 days. I wonder if they every changed our bedsheets. Wifi connection was bad, only available at the entrance...no wifi in any other part of the hotel...swimming pool small and dirty. guys my sincere advice this hotel sucks....please don't book here...the location is good but there are plenty of other hotels in the same location...please don't spoil your holiday by staying at mediodia!!!

Review 11：Free wi-fi access only on the ground floor (mainly near the reception)causing crowd at the entrance. Eventhough we bought breakfast &dinners we have to pay for any drinks (including water) during thedinners. The room I got was extremely small (2 adults + 2 kids), onlyafter requesting new one at the reception I finally got the one I paidfor. Location is quite good...if you want to party all the time.Although the sea itself is just 50m from the hotel but the city itself(S'Arenal) was a mistake. Full of tourists (mostly Germans), nonative architecture buildings, just the restaurants and souvenirs shops.It's better to take some cheaper hotel in the center of the islandand rent a car rather than stay in one of the S'Arenal's ones. 2slow elevators (1 of those is extremely claustrophobic)

Review 17：Posiłki takie sobie (chodzi o ich smak). W porównaniu do czterech innych hoteli, w których byłam podczas poprzednich pobytów w El'Arenal - w tym były najmniej smaczne. No i oczywiście ta dzicz, mieszkająca w hotelu niemal naprzeciwko, przez której głośne zachowanie w ogóle nie dało się zasnąć (no ale to już nie wina naszego hotelu, a okoliczności zewnętrznych i być może terminu).

Review 19：The same breakfast everyday, not a lot of food to choose from. Almost the same dinner everyday (you can choose only french fries -no mashed potatoes or rice-, vegetables and every day there is different type of meat). The food was usually not fresh, dry and had funky taste. Cakes were dry and tasteless. The German visitors were screaming in the middle of the night, running around in the corridors of the hotel.

Review 23：I read what people said about the food being poor and bad. So if you are a normal person and not a princess the food is good! There is a lot of food to choose and it depends of your taste if you like it or not. It's true they close the doors of the room where you eat at the exact hour, but I think that from 8 until 10:30 in the morning and from 19 until 21:30 in the night, it's enough time that they give you for go eat. So yes it's a nice hotel it's close to the beach, the people from reception speak all the languages that you want! I recommend !

Review 32：The food was disdainful. I find it hard to believe anyone could eat it for more than one or two meals. It was super low quality and I question how hygenic it was too. After eating some salad -- one of the only fresh things on the menu -- I ended up vomiting for an entire day of my vacation and I am certain it was caused by the food at Mediodia.

Review 44：No parking. Wifi only available on the ground floor and is of verypoor quality, as cuts off whenever it wants. Also, no aircon whereWiFi is available. No entertainment in evening, so you either go tobed or go out.
Review 45：When we landed and picked our rented car (we had our own SatNav withwhole Europe maps installed) we tried to find the hotel. It was achallenge, as it is actually in s'Arenal town and on Sant Cristofolstreet - so be wary of that when locating it. If you think (the same aswe did) that there will be some sort of parking at the hotel - thinkagain. S'Arenal is the park-where-you-find town and it is very hardto find any parking close to your location, so be prepared to leave yourcar and do some walking. If you are very lucky - you'll park fairlyclose to your wanted location in town. We were allocated the 9th floor,which was a real treat, as we barely heard street noise and we hadaircon in good order and properly keeping us cool. Very close to thebeach, just a few steps away. However, first picture is outdated, as ithas another hotel right in the way of the view to the sea. Breakfastslightly disapointing, as it is the same every morning. Dinner -variation seen only on the third of seven nights. And! You will not getany free drinks with your evening meal, not even water! Also, only 2 or3 highchairs available in more than 150-170 rooms hotel. We wereparticulary happy with Bart - the barmen and Suly - maid. They bothexcellent people with great people skills. Anyway, if you on budget - itis a nice hotel to stay, if you looking for a wow - look somewhere else.
Review 46：a lot of 18 -30 age group most were very good but the room next to ourss was very noisy until midnight and then again at 4.00am til 6.00am - a perfect place to go if you want to party - but not for us.

Review 53：Rough mattress could be clearly felt through sheets - a mattress topper is needed. Swimming pool is tiny - but the beach is only a minute away. Room was modern and bright - but floor always felt dirty. Not enough lifts - and one of the 2 is tiny. I was "bumped" on the first night of my stay to a far inferior hotel - if there is an accommodation problem a hotel of similar standard should be used.

Персонал приветливый, в номере убирали каждый день. Питание: завтраки довольно однообразны, но в целом всего достаточно, а на ужины просто невероятное разнообразие, и всё очень вкусно!!! нам отель очень понравился + наш номер был с видом на море)
