Review 1：The 3rd floor of our room was noisy due to renovations. Only one lift for a big hotel, our room was very far from the lift. Both ambiance and people at the desk were quite cold. It is not a warm and friendly hotel.

Review 2：Free big parking area, free good wi-fi, free relax area (sauna, turkey bath, hydromassage). Autonomous AC in the room. Hot water in the bathroom. Functional/practical accommodation.

Review 3：In the photos, there are bathrobe and slippers, not in the room. Noshampoo. I was asking after these the room cleaner, She doesn´tunderstand english.

Review 4：The palgany and parking place were good things. The pool and sauna also,breakfast was good.

Review 5：There was a sewer gas smell in the room that we ultimately found to be the drain vent of the bidet. We alerted the staff, who said they would take care of the problem. We left before it was resolved.

Review 28：Breakfast is excellent, gorgeous. Staff is very friendly, helpful, flexible, the rooms are practically furnished, there is nothing unnecessary but you can find everything you need for your daily routine. Perfect cleanness in the whole building. I liked it a lot, thank you!

Review 29：The hotel was very dated and poor standard considering the price. There were't even curtains in the room, just old mental blinds like you would find in an office! Also despite asking for a non-smoking room, clearly the previous inhabitants had been smokers. Definitely below standard, wouldn't stay again.

Review 33：I was disappointed from attitude of front desk personal. When making the reservation it was written that no deposit will be taken till18:00 at the day of arrival. Two hours after the reservation was made the whole amount for the stay was blocked in my credit card. At arrival the front desk guy wanted to block another 200 euro as authorization but after 20 min of explanation he understood that the amount is already authorized and is not needed to be done again. At check out I was asked to pay the whole amount (because the previous was authorization but not payment) and I was said that the blocked amount will be returned from the hotel in 20 days. This was the third hotel from my travel in Austria made via booking and in all other cases the authorization amount was used by the hotel for payment and no other hotel wanted from me to pay again. The explanation of the front desk for my remark was that they could not wait 20 days to receive the money that are authorized and that is why want me to pay again. I could say that politic of this hotel must be reviewed.

Review 34：Pay a bit more attention to details. There was no light in thestaircase, there is nothing to write in the room, laundary service didnot work, printed english used in hotel is of questionable quality, buton the whole just details.

Review 35：Was close to my destination, rented a bike and could so save on taxi.City centre is also easily reachable by bike. Very quiet, nice pool,good bar, restaurant ok.
