Review 1：The location, only a 1.5 kms walk to town along the river bank is very convenient. The gardens of the hotel are delightful together with a great view of the mountains.

Review 3：Position, close to town, beach, Railway direct to San Sebastián, Bilboa. Lots of easy walking. Super Staff on Reception always ready to help with any querry.
Review 4：The wifi did not work. Everyday they promised to fix but did not. No air conditioner and it was so hot we could not open windows because of the traffic on road outside the window.

Review 16：they could have provided more cooking utensils as pot to cook egg, sharp knives ect. Provision to dispose of rubbish. More storage, presses to hold knicknacks in bedroom and in bathroom.

Review 18：Dogs are permitted which is okay. But the people went out and left the dogs and they barked constantly until very late. The building work was noisy but stopped over the weekend.
Review 19：The lady at reception spoke great English and was very friendly and suggested lots of things to see and do in the area. A very pleasant apartment with nice views of the mountains. Good wifi and easy to park.
Review 20：There was building work outside which was very noisy and started quite early and there were problems with the hot water system.
Review 21：The location, secure parking, quality of the apartment, fixtures and fittings, lovely bed. The simplicity of the access system (in the 'low season' it cannot be cost effective to have reception staff 24/7 but the system of sending an access code, then a key safe was straightforward, simple and easy to operate. The town is very nice, the walk to neighbouring Getaria is fabulous along the promenade (sadly damaged by the terrible storms this winter). San Sebastian is an easy train ride away from a conveniently located station only a few minutes walk away. Excellent accommodation in a lovely location.
Review 22：everything. the staff were fantastic and very very helpful. the room was immaculate and stunningly furnished. The location was perfect as it was just far enough away from the busy town to be quiet and the town of zarautz is beautiful. to top it all off the surfing wasnt bad either
Review 23：Great place and staff brilliant with lots of suggestions for places to visit and things to do. Apartment was spacious, clean and great amenities with dishwasher, washing machine and excellent kitchen. Heating was awesome and easy to dry clothes. 20 minute walk to main shopping and great restuarants. If you like walking it is excellent with some great tracks and a walk south to Getaria through the hills and coming back along the coast. Family friendly place and 20 minutes north to San Sebastián. Highly recommend and was sorry to leave after 4 days.
