Review 1：I was a little concerned about an apparent loose tile on the corner of the balcony of room 932. Being 9 floors up a tile falling on to someone by the pool would have most definitely been fatal. Hope someone inspects this very soon.
Review 2：The staff were very friendly and food choice was reasonably good for the price paid.
Review 3：Hotel needs some refreshments, low quality food, wifi works only on the ground floor, no air conditioning but possible to rent a ventilator for 10€.
Review 4：Nice view, bus stop in front of the hotel, not far from the seaside. Always fresh fruits for the dinner, good choice of dishes.
Review 5：I will be contacting your company as this was sadly a terrible holiday,On our second night the whole hotel went into darkness,Also the plumbing failed and we could not use toilets or showers,We we're put in to another hotel,But this was a big upheaval and we had to sort things out in the dark.

Review 8：It was a nice stay for 5 days, absolutely ok for a low Budget. Good Buffet anytime. It was so hot, that most of the People had to leave their roomdoors open to get some air - even in the night - this gave us the atmosphere of a youthhostel, sometimes loud but ok.

Review 15：The preferred stronger air conditioning in the dining room and in the lobby and the possibility of renting portable air conditioners for rooms and not just fans. Wi-Fi does not work as advertised.
Review 16：For hotel 2stars we got much more than we expected. The food was very good and tasty, the staff are very friendly and although the building is older, it is well maintained and clean.
Review 17：First to say; because of 'technical problems' I had to go to Hotel Reina Del Mar. The hotel was very noisy. The first night I heard my neighbours having sex with girls they picked up at the bar, at 7 in the morning. But you could also hear the complete conversation between them every evening and morning. The room got cleaned every morning, but also that was very noisy. The Wifi was very bad, the whole week and it seemed that the personel didn't do anything about that.
Review 18：First to say; because of 'technical problems' I had to go to Hotel Reina Del Mar. That hotel had a good buffet for breakfast and dinner; it was every day variable and besides that; everyday there was enough to choose. The room was good and clean. They cleaned the room everyday.

Review 21：The hotel need refurbishing. I stayed in the 10th floor, the balcony was quite scary, the protection of the balcony was old and didn't feel safe. The place was clean but the water pressure on the toilet was really bad. We found mould in some places which is normal in an old building. During the night we could hear the noise on the corridors and from other rooms and as there isn't any air conditioned it was quite warm so we had to leave the window slightly open, listening to all the noises from the street. Swimming pool really tiny for such a big hotel. In the food area it was quite warm and even though the bread, fruit and fish was fresh the rest needed a bit of "love" - But 2 stars means 2 stars.
Review 22：Staff really nice, polite, helpful! Everyone since the receptionists until the ladies on the food area were really nice. It was close to the beach but at the end of the Arenal so not the best part of this part of Mallorca. In the food area the fish was always fresh and the bread was always fresh too. The fruit wasn't varied but was good quality. Would recommend it but don't expect anything special, otherwise will be disappointed!
Review 23：Rooms are quite old and have no air conditioning. Nights are hot and there's an urge to leave the windows open, however doors are rumbling from draft and a lot of noise is coming from outside including cars and people coming from parties early in the morning.
Review 24：Hotel is situated not very far from the beach, has a friendly staff and a wide selection of food, including local and international cuisine, lots of fresh fruits, ice creams and other desserts.
Review 25：This hotel - an excellent ratio "price quality". If romanticism isn't necessary to you, you aren't spoiled and you on hands have no small children - this hotel perfectly will suit you. When we arrived, to us gave a room on the first floor, with a balcony on an entrance to hotel. Number wasn't washed out, the dust was a circle, the linen was dirty, and behind a window was very noisy as the bar and hotel there is located. We asked to change to us number on a reception. The obliging personnel immediately made it. We were given excellent number on the 9th floor overlooking an aquapark and the wood. It was the fine view from the window and any noise. Number was pure, tided up every day, linen 2 or 3 times in 15 days changed, a towel - every day. Fed very well. Always there was fruit and ice cream for dinner. Very good personnel. In hotel a lot of youth has a rest. It is very good hotel, considering its cost. If you want to save on hotel, you won't be disappointed. Mouth with hotel stop the bus 23 which goes to Palma. To the sea of 5 minutes of walking. nearby port and beautiful rocks.
Review 26：No airconditioning in rooms can be a nightmare in summer months. If travelling with young children, do ask for rooms facing back side, not pool and street side, what is noisy. WiFi only in the lobby and weak signal.

Review 30：Even though the location was good, it was a little noisy at night. If you have your window open, you can hear the party people on the streets at night. But even so, I think, a hotel on the main street would have been worse. The biggest problem was that we had no fridge in the room. We bought drinks from the store (the hotel bar closes at 10) that got warm in no time. But we bought ice from the store and made our own fridge in the sink. Another big problem was that at night they stop the elevator so that people don't slam the doors. We had to check out at 6 am, and had a room on the 10th floor. So imagine carrying the luggages 10 floors. Also the hotel need some refinishing ASAP.
Review 31：The hotel was really clean, the housekeeping lady paid really good attention to cleaning the rooms, changing towels, doing our beds, tidying the room. And the staff was really friendly and helpful at all time. Location was really good, close to the beach (5 min away). Right next to the hotel were a lot of stores, rent a car, a pharmacy, restaurants, bus station from where we could take the bus to Palma, taxi station etc. There was no air conditioning in the room but I really think that it wasn't necessary. You could open the window in the bathroom and the door from the balcony and you have your air conditioning. And at night that was perfect. And air conditioning on that heat, is not even healthy. The view was amazing. Really good for young people with low budget.
Review 32：We had full-board and in the restaurant we had to pay for any drinks (of bad quality). Water 1 liter - 2.30euro!!! Staff in the restaurant not friendly at all! Everything else - ok!
Review 33：Before arrival I read previous comments and was ready for smth really bad. But, I was surprised: room clean, new towels every day, sea view, good food (except for breakfast), swimming pool, friendly people at the front desk, good location.We stayed 7 days there and I cannot agree that food for lunch and dinner was the same every day.. They cooked 2-3 kinds of meat every day, fish, pasta, pizza, salads, sometimes paella, etc. I expected much worse. There was wifi downstairs, but we didn't use it, since we were on HOLIDAYS! In general - I would recommend the hotel to budget travelers!

Review 57：It was the most noisy hotel I ever slept. There was too much noise, with people screaming all the night long. I have not slept for the entire holiday. At our arrival the staff was very unwelcome and the same was during the whole stay. The blankets were very old style and not so comfortable. We also had a problem with the shower. After every shower there was so much water the floor was flooded. I would not recommend it at all.

Very warm, at night it's okay though. Pool was very small and there is no shower for when you leave at night while you spent a whole day at the beach.
