Review 1：Found a bottle with cigarette ends in the balcony. Constant noise from other rooms. Breakfast was garbage. The staff couldn't care less. This is an Hotel with no quality.

Review 4：Buffet breakfast at Euro 7+ was a shocker. Wafer thin ham, sausage and cheese, each so thin it was almost transparent, does not make a continental breakfast at Euro 4+ a buffet. Oddly the dinner Menu was reasonably priced though service ordinary. Road noise and no airconditioning

Review 6：Sound-proofing needs to be addressed as even we could hear guests to the side and above us and they weren't particularly noisy.

Review 7：Stayed here, many times before and so knew what to expect. It's clean, comfortable and reasonably priced and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Bus stop (one minute) and train station (five minutes) walk away for further exploring the region. The beach is also five minutes walk away. Hotel restaurant was turning people away at ten p.m. - ' never seen this before! Car parking is a bonus.

Review 8：The carpet stairs down to the restaurant were filthy and needed a severe vacuum job. Facilities a little dated and the wooden floors amplified noise from bedrooms above.

Review 9：Staff and room, beds were good. Restaurant was good enough to cook a quick meal at 22:30 when closing at 23:00 even though they were ready to go home.

Review 10：I was given a very small single room facing the inside of the building, which only has a tiny window with a view of nothig but another wall a few feet away. Personally, I do not enjoy staying in a dark and nearly enclosed box. They transferred me to a more decent room after a long debate.

Review 12：the parking was a nightmare. the hotel has only a few parking places but the problem is that you can not park in the streets around: you must drive for half an hour in order to get a place and when you get one you can use it only till 8 in the morning and move again your car. the worst is that the closest underground parking (paying) is very far away....

Review 13：Price/quality ratio. It is a good choice to scape of overpriced hotels in San Sebastian, and is only 15 kms off so you can perfectly sleep in Zarauz and spend the day or dinner in San sebatian

Review 29：Fabulous location, smack bang in the middle of Zarautz but also less than five minutes walk away from the beach and the pedestrianised walk to Getaria. Very helpful hotel staff and breakfast is O.K at around 7 Euros each.

Review 51：We got locked in our room (the lock for the door is very old and requires a key to lock/unlock from either the outside or inside). The lock got jammed but the response from the front desk personnel was prompt as soon as they were notified of the problem.

Nice that Wi-Fi was free, but when there were a ton of people on wi-fi, it would phase at but there were two soccer teams and a tour group there and EVERY kid was on it! Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathrooms well kept, while small the bathroom was nice, but did offer little shelve space. Free parking was also great!! The family room offer two room and one bathroom and could comfortable accommodate 4-6 people-easy!
