Review 1：No air con, uncomfortable bed, awful pillows, found it very difficult to sleep and glad to get home :( Located in a very quiet area, not great if you want bars and nightlife, but we found Lino's bar at the bottom of the hill was great for drinks and light meals.

Review 2：Peaceful except when young families descend on villa next door. Great design, space, pool, gym, kitchen, BBQ area, wash room, sun beds, etc.

Review 3：Its an excellent villa with a private heated pool. Very quiet and peacefull location with an excellent sea view. The property has a lot of style and was spotless clean. Kitchen is equipped excellently.

Review 4：We booked a short time before arrival and to avoid paying 2 international bank transfers (card payment not an option) we asked to pay all on arrival. They agreed and the owner asked for a copy of our passport and boarding passes as security, which we happily supplied. We then emailed twice, asking for the simplest route from airport to villa, and if all was in order. No reply. We assumed all was fine, we just had to find our own way there - not that easy - even the taxi driver got lost. Arriving on a Sunday evening after a long flight, getting cash was not an option so assumed a transfer payment on Monday morning would be OK. We were met at the gate by a caretaker who refused to let us in without receiving 900 euros in cash. She called the owner, Anais, who was furious and angrily insisted we paid before we got the keys, even though they had our passport and flight details. I said I would get the cash on Monday morning but she was still not happy, saying her husband was 'very angry' and would drive to the villa in 30 minutes. He arrived almost 2 hours later (we had to wait out this time to see if we actually had somewhere to stay that night). A card machine was produced (so yes, they can take cards) and demanded the 900 euros by debit card. Not the best start to a holiday and could have been avoided if they had accepted our card in the beginning, or taken a payment then refunded it when we transferred the cash - no cost to them. With so many civilised options available, why be so ill-mannered to your guests arriving after a long journey? We were made to feel like criminals right at the start of our holiday. Not pleasant.

Review 7：Everything, from the layout of the villa,the facilities, the household objects ( cutlery, towels,candles etc) to the gym downstairs was well thought out and planned for comfort. The owner is lovely too. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and would go there if we visited Tenerife again.

Review 9：Great villa out door pool area, a real suntrap. Owner very nice. Perfect place for a week of sunbathing which is what we went for.

Review 10：Not really a dislike but a constructive comment. The villa is obviously targeted to the German holidaymaker. The TV channels were either Spanish or German. German novels available and the information folder was in German. As we are British, non German speaking, we were a little sad to be left out!

Review 11：The welcome and consideration on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble.The villa is lovely with excellent and tasteful furnishings. It is well equipped and obviously a lot of thought has gone into making guests comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy, peacefulness and especially the heated pool. We found the local bars and restaurants very good. We had a peaceful and relaxing time in a quiet non touristy or commercial area.
