Review 1：Cleanliness- could be at a higher level, the rooms are not spacious, location- not so close to the beach, but at the end good value for money

Review 3：Awful food, especially breakfast!!! No air conditioning!!! To be able to survive in the room you had to rent a fan which were old, dirty, loud and expensive; old tv, thin walls, keys to the rooms instead of electronic cards. Old lifts. In general, the hotel needs renovation..

Review 8：All staff at reception, restaurant , accommodation and the bar (especially Alfredo and Jose) could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Food was really good and plenty of choice. We had cleaning service in the room every day. They have outside pool and pool bar as well .
Review 9：These things should be improved for the future: *Wi-Fi internet which is for free in the lobby, however, the connection quality is rather poor with constant disconnections and limited access. *A bit more cocktails in the bar menu could be included (Mojito, Long Island, etc.) *A shampoo bottle. Although the shower gel is included, a shampoo packet/bottle would be a great addition too.
Review 10：This hotel was a great choice for the last week of summer holidays. First of all the location is quite convenient, it is near the beach, on a rather quiet street, the supermarket, information center and car rentals are very near the hotel as well. Secondly - the food was really good, you could choose from various dishes depending on your personal taste. The swimming pool zone is well maintained, the hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly. The rooms are also well maintained, with a nice view from the top floors. Beds are rather hard, but comfortable (it depends on the individual). It could be summarized that we would definitely stay here again.

Review 14：Rude and unprofessional staff. Did not speak English or German well. Staff would hang out with outside friends visibly in the lobby while on the clock and I had to wait for them to finish talking with their friends.
Review 15：Doors not well isolated, we could hear a noise from the coridor (drunk German youth was shouting in the middle of the night, which actually is the problem in whole Mallorka touristic areas..) Swimming pool looks bigger in the photo.

Review 17：nice room with balcony and sea view, nice, helpul stuff, halfboard was average, you could always find something, at 22:00 there was a program every day - bingo for seniors or dancing. there is safety box near reception fr 3 eur per day, possibility to rent a car or bike directly in the hotel, but there are a lot of companies with this service. You can store rented bike in the luggage room. The beach is nice and long with lot of shops, supermarkets. Every thursday there is a big market behind the hotel with clothes, handbacks, etc. Nearby there is a taxi stand where you can order taxi or you can use bus. Price from airport to el arenal costs 3 eur/drive, 1,50 eur from el arenal to palma. Taxi from el arenal to airport at early morning (5:00 am) 22,50 eur - while taxi driver arrived the taxameter already showed 5 eur. In overall it is a good value for that price
Review 18：no ac in the room, it is quite warm (in may) in the room during the night, when you open the window, you can hear a lot of noise from the street - drunken, load people or your neighbours are smoking at the balcony. the walls between bedrooms are very thin, you can hear snoring neigbours, all the activities in bathoroom, neither earplugs or pillow over head helped. We had room on 9th floor - No 915 - it was next to the lift, it was horrible - it was load and didnt stop the whole night (try to avoid rooms 915 and 912) afer complain the room has been changed.

All staff was nice and smiling however it was strange arrangement/design.

Review 30：Never travel in summer time, no air condition, in reception desk you can rent a ventilator fo 10 EUR p week but it does not help much... we were in mid september so it was hard to sleep.... No fridge in the room, you can rent fridge in reception for 45 EUR p week.. Swimming pool only from 10 am up to 20 pm, you can't swim later..

Review 39：I like the air conditioner which they don't have and the employes who were very rude and accusing us of negligence especially the manager when i asked to get my money back and he threatening me.

They tended to use both children's pool and main pool therefore making it necessary to go to beach at extra cost for sun beds etc. first hotel in 30 years where we did not use facilities they also brought own alcohol into hotel areas Very disappointed with booking .com as no mention in reviews!!!have use website many times but will consider other companies now!

It kept falling off the holder into the bath, hitting the water temperature regulator on the way down and altering the water temperature to v hot or icy cold. The food was sometimes not very warm and the fish and eggs were usually over cooked, except the scrambled eggs which were lovely but they were not available every day.
Review 71：We liked our room on the 8th floor with lovely views of the sea and beyond. Room was clean and staff were friendly and pleasant. There was plenty of food at all meals and great variety. The lobby was nice and big and airy with free wifi and plenty of quiet spots to use it. There was a selection of decent books in English and German availble to read there as well. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful though sometimes very busy. There's a taxi rank just across the street which is very handy.
