Review 1：Bath, shower, tile surrounds and taps had significant black mould deposits. We asked the reception to investigate and by the time we returned that evening someone had clearly made an improvement but still not to standards we would call clean. However, in compensation we were not charged for our breakfasts.

Review 2：The Location. We paid for a top floor room with great view of the sea and it did not disappoint. Lovely room with huge bed.

Review 3：Room was comfortable. Decor was okay, location was slightly outside of the small town arcachon centre but 10mins walk would bring you to the centre. Free parking available and quiet surroundings. Good for a relaxing stay

Review 4：Hotel is a little tired and in need of refurbishment , Shower suite very poor condition with mould and cracked tiles , staff were very helpful and compensated us for the Shower condition which they agreed with our concerns, hotel was full so could not move rooms.

Review 6：Understand totally the need to sweep the terrace area when no one around but 2 nights the sweeping and moving of sunbeds, chairs etc took place at midnight and due to hot weather windows open and extremely disrupting.

Review 7：Lady on reception (Dutch) very efficient.Our surname had been spelt incorrect into computer so could not find our reservation but she managed to solve the mystery very quickly. Was extremely helpful advising on restaurants etc.

Review 8：1) Incompetent staff - because of they mistakes we payed twice for our booking (the transaction was in process when the manager cancelled it and then begin a new one). 2) Very small and quite threadbare rooms; 3) Quite far from the city center.

Review 10：Air conditioning system did not work. When we complained the response was to open the window! There was no extractor fan in the bathroom. It was a hot weekend the room was like a sauna. The Wi Fi was intermittent. Again a complaint was met with indifference. Overrated for available facilities.

Space room, high ceilings, nice balcony Hotel location in 5 minutes walking from plage Bulvard, 15-20 minutes from gare d'Arcachon, helpful staff speaks English, what is great! breakfast with fresh local food I was pleased with my staying

Review 18：There were a few cockroaches in the room (seems that they came out of the ventilation system). The fridge contains lot of old minibar products that you normally don't want to eat/drink - I would prefer at least one small shelf that is free to use. No tea pot - although it would be awesome to make tea and coffee in the room. The reception staff is rarely on their working place.

Review 19：Everything seems to be old and needs some renovation, but it works good and nothing was out of service. Good plages nearby. Commercial center of the city is also nearby (~10 minutes by foot). Super comfy beds, additional pillows and blankets in the closet.

Review 34：the menue was very limited but the food was poor.It should not be dificult to serve lamb cutlets that are not overcooked and tough.Everybodys vegetables appeared to go back uneaten

Review 36：- funny smell in the elevator - no WiFi signal on the 4th floor - no outside sound isolation ( it was like sleeping in the middle of an intersection) - poor TV channel selection to compensate for the lack of WiFi (only french channels and the good ones were blocked <canal +...>) - poor access in the room (just in front they kept the housekeepers "tools" blocking the fire exit!- had to squeeze in to be able to get in) - it is a good hotel, but it diffidently doses not worth the 230 € for two nights.

Review 37：- even dough we didn't get a seaside view room, we still have a partial view to the bay - spacious room (4th floor) - the restaurant has a spectacular view (breakfast)
