Review 1：the noise ! quality of the beds in the living room expensive for what it delivers

Review 7：Free WiFi works only in the lobby and when we complained the staff was aware about it, but the hotel does nothing. You have to pay for sauna while it is not clealry indicated on the site. While a swimming pool is free, you have to pay for jacuzzi, which is located next to the pool. Staff does not really speak neither English nor French

Review 8：The 3rd. time that we've stayed here. That speaks for itself. Always a pleasure to be in a place so well maintained, well located and so welcoming.

Review 9：Advertised as a SPA but basicly whet we were there only the small pool was active. The staff did not know any English so communication was poor- we could not understand their recommendation etc. Garage spot pre-ordered could not accommodate our van. No light in the corridors -a bit glumy on the verge of dangerous while walking to the room at night.

Review 10：The apart hotel well situated close to the river which we could hear while falling asleep. Walking distance to the Main Street. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen equipped for light meel cooking. The breakfast was OK international. Available for the first day only??!

Review 11：All the lighting throughout the apartment was very dim and made reading hard work. Some higher wattage bulbs or maybe a light fitting in the ceiling would rectify this. Also a kettle and toaster would have been welcome.

Review 12：Both ladies on reception were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was a good size with plenty of storage and having a swim in the small pool after a good days walking was very nice. The location was very good being central in the valley and only a five minute walk to the centre of town.

Review 13：Jacuzzi was not working and out of order. Also the steam bathes were turned off. Breakfast no fresh croissant and bread but pancakes were ok. Price - quality for us not ok.

Review 15：Staff rude and unhelpful. Watch the check-in time 4pm. A three hour wait for a room in a hardly occupied, out of season hotel wasn't much fun. Empty rooms with best views not given to short stay guests it would seem. Smart exterior belies a cheerless, dull, dark decor throughout - probably ok during winter when the lights are on. Unless you plan to use kitchen facilities don't depend on the cafe to be open or provide a good range of snacks. Breakfast was a dire affair of stale bread, soft cereals and old fruit.

Review 33：The apartment was amazing- clean, great kitchen and great view. We loved it, and the price we paid (40euro per night) was very cheap compared to the apartment we got. There is a parking outside the hotel for free but if it is fully occupied you can find plenty of parking around the hotel for free.

Definitely do a day trip drive to Aiguistortes National Park in Espot. The drive is amazing and the hiking was beautiful. We loved our 3 days in the Spanish Pyrenees.

The hotel was well laid out and the apartment was veryspacious and very clean. In fact the cleanest that we have everexperienced. It is in a quiet part of Vielha and we had a good nightssleep although we found the beds a little hard but then most beds inSpain and France seem harder than those in the uk. The heated indoorpool and spa were also very clean and warm. The whole hotel hasobviously been renovated to the highest standard. The next visit will befor a week or so (rather than the over night stop that we had) as thesurrounding areas are so pretty that we want to explore the area andthis hotel is central to everything.

Review 54：No need to bother with the breakfast as there were only cold scrambledeggs after 9am and way to pricey for the food on offer. The fire alarmwent off at 4 am for no apparent reason, pretty scary thing however thefire brigade didn't even show up. Would have been nice to know whathappened.
