Review 1：Super friendly staff, very accommodating on our last minute booking and late arrival. Good breakfast, great facilities. If/When we return to Mallorca, this is where we will stay.

Review 2：The Hotel has a lovely original charm about it, lots of space in the room, excellent service, breakfast was top class and the staff were very pleasant. The perfect chill out off season and probably quite lively in the season.

Review 3：Late Check-In was fabolus. The guy has been wainting until half past nine in the night and the staff of the restaurant offert a late diner menue. It is a high quality restaurant from my perspective and staff is very kindly and made our visit outstanding wonderful. Thanks to the team.

Review 5：everything was perfect: nice position to go around (Soller, Andrax,...), large rooms / appartements, very nice swimming-pool, a lot of activities for kids (animals, water games, mini-golf,...), and overall an astonishing restaurant, with an excellent cook and a very friendly "maître d'hôtel" as we say at home. we'll come back one day, for sure!

Review 6：A small niggle, but the pool was invaded by children of lunch guests on Sunday. It is meant to be residents only.

Review 7：Our second visit - loved our loft with terrace. Amazing shower! The restaurant - food was excellent,as was Esteban who looked after us beautifully and works so hard.

Review 8：it was a beautiful setting, very rural, beautiful farm house feel, lovely walled gardens, flowers and the walled pool was beautiful with great sunloungers and 4 poster beds. The outdoor restaurant served absolutely beautifully presented and delicious food!

Review 9：1. Cleaning service in the room was disappointing, the bed changed only twice after I asked for it (we stayed for 3 weeks), dark hair in the bathroom left after cleaning. 2. Poor breakfast.

Review 16：We had very tastefully decorated large room. It was nice to wake up in the morning, when birds sang outside. The breakfast was not buffet, but there was rich selection of food.

Review 17：Was there for a second time, and last time enjoyed a lot the balline beds, but this time it was not montated for guest to enjoy it (no mattrace and curtains). Would be nice to have extra towels for pool ( so we shoyldnt take the white ones). Also the wifi should be for free (some hotels with less price even have it for free). And breakfast time should be extended till 11:30 (when you are in this place, you want to relax and not hurry for breakfast).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room we had - a suite/apartment was very clean, comfortable and furnishings/decor were first class. The food in the restaurant was also excellent as well as being very reasonably priced.

Review 22：A lovely rural location yet only 10 mins. from Palma and the airport. The Mountain views from the garden were very nice. Being a Finca style hotel the rooms are huge ,especially compared to similar price hotels near the coast. The chef creates some wonderful cosmopolitan food.

Review 30：Only 10 min from Palma it offers a quite and spacious surrounding. As mentioned in other reviews the services is not that quick always, however the hotel rather strives to deliver an individual service and is very individual and personel.

Review 33：We arrived late and tired after a delayed flight. It was around midnight and the car park and apartments were very dark. It took us a long time to find our way and when we eventually got to our apartment we expected a bed to be available for our son. It wasn't. We called the telephone number and an extremely rude man said 'the sheets are at the bottom of the wardrobe, the sofa is in the living room. Do you know what the time is?' Then he hung up. Not the most welcoming of starts. We think he was the owner but don't know as he avoided us for the rest of our stay. The rest of the staff were really lovely and apologetic so made up for it but it was very bad form and did shape our stay there.

Review 34：We liked the spacious apartment and the fact that we had our own terrace to relax on in the evening after putting our son to bed. The food was also lovely and locally sourced. The chef is very creative.

Review 38：Next to a curvy and busy road with no space for a sidewalk or bicycle path for >1 km in both directions with walls on both sides.Not a ideal location for walking or running directly from the lofthotel. You need a car to get to a safer location.
