Review 1：only one week reservations, no 3 or 4 days speak English hardly kids swimming pool not work in September (out of season)

Review 3：Self catering facilities were good, hob, fridge freezer and microwave - however no grill/oven, toaster or kettle, or hairdryer. Need to bring own bedsheets, towels, toilet paper, washing up stuff and binliners. If well prepared you can have a great stay.

Review 4：Near to the beach, quiet (off season) and clean, gated and secure property. Really good location for beach and local restaurants. Pleased to be able to save by cleaning apartment ourselves.

Review 5：Almost everything was extremely poor. Unhelpful staff at the front desk at check-in. Additional costs for everything (Linen, towels, wifi, television, etc) all amounted to approx one third of the total price. The rooms were small, uncomfortable, unclean, damaged (broken tiles) and the acrid smell from the toilet was unbearable.

Review 7：The value for money was appropriate. The pension looked nice. We only were sorry to have just one toilet paper and one trash bag - these are not such an expenses not to provide them more for free.

Review 9：The building itself and the apartments are old fashioned and could do with some updating.As this is a family residence it was a bit noisy at times. The reception area is probably the worst part of the residence.

Review 15：Apartment very basic for the price. Place was infested with ants and when we complained about this at reception we were simply handed a spray to kill them with. No air conditioning in temperates reaching 36deg so was almost impossible to sleep in the uncomfortable bed. Nearly 200 extra costs for towels bed linen daily tax cleaning parking etc not very many facilities.

Review 18：Pool was great. Plenty of sunbeds. A very short walk to the beach and resort centre both of which were lovely. Fresh bread and croissants from the reception shop each day... lovely.

Review 19：No air conditioning or provision of fan meant we had to prop door open to get some air. However the building itself was nice and airy. But at night the choice was to boil in the heat or leave verandah doors open and get bitten. Cooking implements were a bit lacking. Trying to get an egg out of a pan with a forked salad server is not good. Especially when the pan isn't non stick so the egg is welded to the bottom of the pan. A small thing they could do to improve people's stay would be to provide a spatula at least. Beds were fold out and we paid 30 euros for linen (as each pack is a single bed) bottom fitted sheets didn't fit the beds so you slept on creases and there were no pillowcases in one of the packs we were given.

Review 20：Location was great. Had a great time while staying at this hotel. Staff were friendly. Nice dining and kitchen area with verandah. Building itself was light and airy. Well maintained gardens meant there was a lovely view from the verandah. 2 minute walk to beach and also near to huge variety of restaurants and shops.

Review 21：1. It was the invasion of ants on the balcony parapet and the last day, the ants came into our luggage located on the floor, through the open balcony opened at night. 2. The room reserved for. 3 persons were not enough pillows, only two and duvet at all, only a single bed quilt. At the reception is not really anyone, only between certain hours and you have no one else to ask. We managed to ask 2 times, we were promised, that will lead pillow and blankets in the room, but for 1 week did not bring anything. On departure, the person at the reception (another) apologized, but what use?

Review 30：Very economical. Not a hotel but a very comfortable and private residence. Great location, 2 minutes to a fabulous beach, and the hotel pool was large enough to swim lengths in, also had lots of very comfortable loungers around it. Ten minute walk along the beach to very charming restaurants and shops. Twenty minute walk to groceries, but the hotel has a little store (limited hours) for basics and essentials. Bus stop is nearby, and staff is very helpful to provide maps and schedules. They are very clear when booking what you will pay extra for, and still a very good deal. I had brought my "camping kit", a bar of soap, shampoo, dish soap, hand towel, dish cloth, dish towel, garbage bags, sharp knife and cutting board all in a small pack. Otherwise these essentials are available for purchase in the little store. I was there in September, so very few kids (all back in school), but I could imagine this would be a favorite and busy place with families during the summer months :)

Review 31：Although the bed sheets were obviously clean some sheets did have small marks on them. Nothing major but white sheets should be white i guess but I am particular about sheets.

Review 32：We travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels of various standards from expensive to economy however this Hotel had the most helpful reception staff that we have ever experienced. We were competing at the Rescue 2014 World Championships so the Hotel was very full and busy however nothing was too much trouble for your Staff . They certainly made the stay most enjoyable !

Review 39：Baggage elevator not working until 7 am. Inconvenient when leaving at 6.30 am. Paid extra charges 3 pm day before leaving. No record kept by staff and no receipt received and attempt made to charge second time when leaving. Bathroom small and well overdue for makeover. Small bath and shower curtain a joke.

Review 41：The staff were quite simply amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It is situated on a quite street, with a very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. This is a great venue for families especially.

Review 45：Great location, very beautiful complex of buildings, extremely friendly and very efficient staff, nice rooms. (We've been there end of August and start of September: in session and in the early off season period.) I'm extremely grateful for two very very nice and comfortable and relaxing weeks spent there!

Review 46：The size of the room was unbelievable. And it was supposed to sleep 4. There just was no space. The photos on the advertising were just photo lies, taken with a wide angle lens to give the illusion of space. There are 300 rooms that are supposed to sleep at least 4. Some are bigger and supposedly can take more. So in summer when it is fully booked there are a minimum of 1000 people all squished together in very small rooms. Yes there is open space and yes it is lovely to see the children use the space to get of their cramped living conditions but the echoing off the walls of the concrete buildings can get loud. The pool is not anywhere near enough large enough for the numbers trying to use it. At one stage there wasn't a spare piece of pool for anyone else to get in. Add to the overuse of the pool a number of energetic and lively young men and you have a very unpleasant experience. The beach is a mere walk away but we were there in August and the water was very cold i.e. not inviting. They provide you with nothing. Not even a small bar of complementary soap to have a shower when you arrive. No teatowel, no sharp knives at all not one - nada, no dishwasher, but, at least, one roll of toilet paper. The kitchen is understocked and ours was not well maintained. The hobs were not level and the fry pan was not flat so it made grilling hard. No cooking tools, except some salad servers - very annoying to have to go and buy an egg slice and a sharp knife plus having to buy teatowels, sponges cleaners everything. On top of that everything costs. It costs to park, costs to have wifi, costs to have television which I am told only gets two stations and both are in French (obviously as you are in France). It costs to have linen. Everything possible extra they charge for. And on top of that they insist that the kitchen is spotless at the end of your stay or you pay for a clean, a clean which they would have to do anyway.

Review 47：The architecture of La Grande Motte. It was amazing. Visually the town was exciting to be in.

Review 49：These apartments are less than 100yds from the beach, 500yds from the main beach, shops and market. There is a bus stop 50yds from the front gate for buses to Montpellier, La Grande Motte and Grau Du Roi. The apartments themselves are well furnished if not spectacular, and the complex itself is clean, spacious and tidy. All in all, RR is a great value for money place to stay, especially for families. I'd happily go there again next year

Review 51：This Residence is very well located for beach and marina access. There are many green spaces within the complex and a general feeling of serenity. I liked the layout of our apartment and we used both verandas as we were not overlooked. Everything worked well and we cooked a lot on the 2 hob plates. There was also a microwave that we didn't use because we bought lots of the fresh produce. It was clean and bright and spacious. The staff were very helpful and this was reflected everywhere we went. the politeness bar is very high here. Also there are so many spaces to walk and cycle (bikes for hire) and many little parks. Minimum traffic within the resort and no car was traveling more than 10km/hr there. Everyone was ready and willing to help and the receptionist in Palais de Congres even gave me written instructions to visit the FAV . This was an architect's dream. 6 living architectural projects. I loved them. It was great to see La Grande Motte 30 later and really understand the commitment over that time to the original architect's vision. The 2013 award is well deserved. There were many water activities for the younger tourist too of course.

Review 73：The kitchen area was very small especially the oven and the dish washing machine. The door to the sleeping room couldn't get closed. Very few outlets. Only 2 tv channels. The parking lot exit was difficult to handle. No space to keep the towels inside the bathroom. No toilet roll holder. The toilet couldn't get locked.

Our appartment had a terrace that was fully equiped as well (chairs, tables and washing line). The appartment was very calm. Enough space to store the closes. Review 77：There was a couple of very over priced restaurants in La Grande Motte, we paid €40 one night for a couple of the smallest Tapas you've ever seen and a bottle of house wine at a place called Bel Air on the seafront. On the flip side there was also some very reasonable places if you shopped around.

Review 99：Location was ideal 5 mins walk to the lovely beach. If you wanted sunbeds about another 3 - 5 mins. We went in June so there wasn't a lot of other people staying there so we had good use of the pool and seating area. We could order fresh croissants and baguettes each day from the small on site shop which was great. We had a studio for 2/3 people. It was OK but there was only 2 of us and we had one pull out bed and a sofa bed. They were comfy but would have preferred a double bed. However we only paid £250 for the week so on the whole the apartment was better than we expected. We had to pay for sheets and towels for the week which cost 15 euros each so not expensive and we were aware of this when we booked. Overall we had a lovely time with the accommodation good value for what we paid. t
