Reviews for Hotel Galicia

Review 1:The facility was quite loud. Hard to get peace and quiet. Carpeting and thicker doors might help. It was also a bit far from town. A shuttle service might be a good option.

Review 2:The view was excellent and the staff was extremely courteous. Rooms were also very accommodating.

Review 3:No bus service that was noticed so we commuted by foot and taxi. The location was idyllic on a hill however made walking back more difficult. Can easily walk into the city however there are parts with no pavements.

Review 4:Lovely quaint hotel, with a traditional Spanigh feel. Good size room, clean and well kept. Owners are very accommodating and speak fairly good English. Good breakfast. 2 mile walk into the city of Pontevedra (about 7 Euros in taxi), about 1 mile to the beach. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.

Review 5:The hotel was a long, long way from any beach. There were no restaurants or shops within walking distance, but if you are looking for a quiet, budget hotel, this is a good choice.

Review 6:We got upgraded to a room with a view of the sea.

Review 7:the ancient style rattley doorknobs- One lock failed and the door could not be opened.

Review 8:Family run, i.e. independent of soulless chains
