Review 1：staff are all so much kind and gentle. During my stay, I fainted in the dehydration at the hotel. Hotel manager and all of the people helped me and called ambulance immediately. After I came back from the hospital, still they took care about me a lot. Thank you so much and I will, be sure coming back on next my vacation. Again, thanks.

Review 3：We visited in early October 2014 and the hotel looked as if it had undergone a makeover, newly painted and room very clean and tidy. All staff, particularly in the bar area, first class, entertaining and made our stay enjoyable. Near to the beach and shops and bars; a perfect location. Would highly recomend

Review 4：If you hate to sleep, this is the place for you. If you're a young German lout and love to sing as loud as you can, love to shout silly slogans all hours of the morning, this is the place for you. If you're a young German girl who loves to party, this is the place for you. Arenal is the German version of the British party beach strip Magaluf. The hotels and restaurants cater to Germans -- German food, German T-shirts, German music. Yes, there are some older couples and some families, but the 20-somethings dominate. Alcohol in Arenal area is sold by the bucket (see photo). The clean, white beach is crammed till about 7 pm (go between 7-9 pm and you can enjoy the warm waters and beautiful sunset). Back to the hotel: The high-season prices are steep; the food is okay (but German -- wursts, sponge cake, etc.); the pool, the hallways, the rooms are clean and maintained daily; it is a four-block walk to the boardwalk and beach; and the staff speaks Spanish (of course), some English and German (of course). I found manager Miguel especially kind and helpful. He willingly moved me to the top floor and near the far end to avoid some of the singing and shouting throughout the night, and he understood that I left days early because of all the noise and refunded the difference. Oh, and the wifi sucked. But really, Mallorca is a beautiful island. Unless you're going to get drunk and party, stay clear of places like Magaluf and Arenal.

Review 5：Revellers coming in noisily at 5-6am. Could have been worse though. Room was like a cell, with view of a wall - although on reflection...better views would have resulted in more noise.

Review 6：Location is great, near to beach and nightlife - however resort is totally occupied by Germans and Dutch, very few English. Breakfast was decent.

Review 17：The rooms are very minimalistic,almost like a prison cell!we also found a rather large cockroach in our bathroom, although the bathroom appeared clean.the bath had a big crack in it also.

Review 18：My daughter and I only stayed here for one day,we used to as a base for the day as our flight home as not until late at night and we couldn't stay in our other hotel.it was a great location for getting into palmer and the beach is only a short walk away, as well as bars and restaurants.we didn't sleep in the beds,but they seemed rather basic!

Review 19：The only poor point is that wi-fi was accessible only at 0 floor at thehotel's reseption. So it didn't work in my room on 5th floor and nobodyinformed me about that in advance.

Review 20：Hotel Riutort is a good value for money. The room was neat and clean.The staff is rather friendly. Breakfasts are good as well. The hotel islocated close to Ballermann 2, so it takes 5 minutes to go the thebeach. I liked everything:)

Review 21：Dont go to this Hotel if you want to sleep. Exceptionally noisy germanand dutch young adults completely took over Hotel both day andnight.When not in bar drinking they were partying in their rooms forthe whole of the evening and during the night even though the rules ofthe hotel stated no guests in their rooms after 10pm.Doors slamming,continually running up and down corridors, loud muic playing,screaming and shouting. Management did nothing about it I would haveexpected someone would walk the corridors and ask them to reduce thenoise throughout the night. Completely understand all inclusive meanspeople will drink loads but thought after eleven they would go out fora few hrs allowing other guests to sleep. Were there for four nightsand had no sleep. Its a shame because the hotel and food wereexcellent just spoiled by drunken loud people of which the girls wereas bad as the lads.Would we go again, yes, in winter perhaps the yobswould not be there
