Review 1：We arrived after office hours but that was no big deal - they left the keys on the counter. However, some stuff members were friendlier and others weren't. Rooms were ok and we were lucky enough to have one with a tiny bit of ocean view. The furniture seemed rather old and used but it was clean. Same with the bathroom - old but clean. We did not try the breakfast.

However there were technicians there the nextmorning and the receptionist stayed well beyond the 8.30pm.Lack ofclothes storage. 20 min walk to the centre of town.

Review 7：Friendly helpful reception, wifi, breakfast which included cereals,meats, cheese, eggs to boil for yourself (watch that the machine has thewater hot enough) breads, cakes, croissants, etc., tea, coffee anddelicious freshly squeezed orange juice.

Review 8：Unfortunately the bathroom had a strong smell from the drains which smelt must and damp. The air conditioning in room was very noisy. Coffee at breakfast from Machine was poor, very weak. 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Arcachon.

Review 10：About half a mile from the centre of town and an easy walk along the wooden walkway which starts at the marina just opposite the hotel. A rarity in France - you get a kettle in the room and a fridge so you can store your own milk. (Take your own tea!).

Review 17：The staff leave at 9pm. This is a three star hotel... I wanted a top sheet because it was hot out (they only have a covered duvet blanket; no top sheet, and the blanket was too hot). I also couldn't connect my computer to the wifi (it worked on my phone weirdly) and wanted assistance. But no one was there! The shower was also confusing to figure out. It has a stand for the shower-head that doesn't work -- the shower-head simply falls and sprays the wall and it was confusing to figure out how to remove the shower-head from the stand contraption. Noisy on the first floor (I always request top floors when available).

Review 18：All of the staff members were incredibly helpful and very nice! Great service. They walked me through all of my travel plans around the bay, from which buses and ferries to take at what times and how to pay. Location: Right on the boardwalk of the bay -- super easy transit to the rest of the bay and Cap Ferret.

Review 19：Reception and the doors of the hotel were closed when we arrived. There was no information in english how to advance. We decided to call french telephone numbers written on the door and they told us the door access code

Review 21：In the bedroom there was just one electric plug on the wall and to use it the light had to be on, meaning that it would be impossible to charge your phone during the night. That was quite weird for a hotel. Luckily there was also one plug in the toilet and I had an adapter that supplies power to 3 USB, so I could charge our phones and tablet overnight.

Review 22：Breakfast was good, it had cereals, fruits, croissant, fresh Orange juice. The bedroom was fine, the balcony was great for eating snacks and drinking wine. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Position is near restaurants, 10 minutes walk from supermarket and 15 from the train station. Don't forget to drive to the Dune du Pilat, it is amazing there.

Review 25：Balcony was nice, but looked in need of sprucing up. Unable to lock doors on to balcony, but not too big a problem, as 3 stories up from the ground. Air conditioning not very effective - unable to make it cooler - and the unit was over the bedroom door, which seemed a strange place to put it as the coolness did not reach the sleeping area very well.

Review 27：Where to start! This hotel is like the last bastion of 1980's. Corridors dim and dingy and bedrooms not much better. All with a decor that is seriously overdue for renovation. Room way too hot with completely ineffective air con.
