Review 1：My daughter had had a little plush toy since she was 2 months old ( she is 9 years old now and still sleeps with it and it is her dearest little friend ). We left it in the bed ( at check out time - 10.00 am - the house keepers were standing in the door for immediate leave - this is standard at this hotel :(( - so we didn't have time for checking everything is packed in ). The day after we called the reception and also wrote emails, but we were told that they did not find it. It is possible only if they threw it out in the garbage. It is a real cruel thing to threat a child's dearest toy like that. She just cant stop crying because of the thought that her best loved sleeping buddy ended up in a waste container full with garbage. This hotel stuff is really careless. They didn't say even a sorry they were rude and careless. The food was many times uneatable at dinner. At breakfast the scrambled egg was uneatable and we had to wait for fried eggs 10 minutes or more, sometimes even for the bread. Never ever this hotel again. We will never forget that this rude hotel did took away the family's dearest little buddy!!

Review 6：We had to check out on 1 jan at 10.00 am sharp, and the reception lady did not allow us to stay at least 30 mins longer... not really nice. the cleaning staff came only 4 hours later. why did we have to check out so early on a holiday?

Review 7：Water in the pool was ice cold. It was many degrees colder than sea water, even though it was end of December. Pool area is really nice and the hotel was full of people - but almost no one used the pool. We really wonder why they don't warm up the water. On the contrary, they told that water is always just as cold as it was during our stay. Cooking fume enters the room easily from neighbor rooms. It was quite distracting.

Review 8：It was easy to deal with reception. They speak English well and that is not common in Tenerife. Delicious breakfast included in the price. Many sorts of fruits, warm dishes, bread, pastries etc. Rooms have good soundproofing. The shops and restaurants are nearby. Cleaning is carried out almost daily and it is done very well.

Review 11：Altough a lot of things listed below might make this place look bad, our overall experience was quite good. So the place is bit run down. It needs to be refurbished and cleaned properly as there was aome dirt in places around the apartment. Its mostly occupied by older people. Which might be good or bad depending on what are you looking for. You can hear everything thats happening in the apartment beside. Breakfast is the same everyday. English breakfast or some fruits. You have to pay for the WIFI and its the slowest wifi Ive used for years.

Review 13：The wifi system was very bad. I wasn't able to use the swimming pool as both had children wearing flippers and masks in them. I was there for r & r before cancer treatment and being able to swim would have been good for me.

Review 34：Terrible location of our apartment right next to shop. Woke early every morning because of noise of trollies being pushed into shop. Asked to move, staff wouldn't move us. Reception staff rude and unhelpful, had to rent umbrella and carry with you for the whole holiday, no air conditioning.

The wifi isn't worth using and it is quite expensive as you can only connect one device at any given time with a poor signal which cuts off depending on where you are in the apartment.

Review 45：The complex and apartments are kept very clean. The staff are friendly and try to make sure that you have a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket within the complex which offers a variety of goods at reasonable prices. Towels from the apartment cannot be used at the pool however for those who forget to pack a towel you can always hire one from the information office.

Review 54：The hotel asked for a late check-out the full price (actually a bit more!) for a day with HB, even though we didn't need dinner or, especially, breakfast, and it was possible to book a room without a meal plan (our was with HB). It may be a hotel policy, but it is a strange policy. (I asked if the price could be lowered, and they replied that free late check-outs are only possible within one hour past the standard time. Ok... But I didn't ask for free late check-out...) During the check-in, my MasterCard didn't work, and I had to pay in cash. I cannot be sure if it had anything with the hotel (the bank said they didn't even see a request), but the card worked fine before and after it (everywhere on Tenerife and even at the hotel).

Review 55：The hotel's location in Callao Salvaje is almost ideal - next to a bus stop, near shops and restaurants and not far from the local beach (~5 min walk). Callao Salvaje itself is a very quiet place - there are not much to do (if you are ok with it, it's a great place).

Review 56：The 2 things I didn't like was a member of staff in bar he was abit rude to us. It would take a while for our drinks to arrive and by that time the children was getting aggetated he made it clear that he didn't want to be there. 2nd thing was the towels in apartment would be changed every 3 to 4 days which we thought was bad as family of 4 we had 4 bath towels and obviously with the heat and what we would do during the day we liked to have a shower every night so it's lucky we took a towel each with us as spare! But overall was a great experience and good value for money and would go back again!

Review 57：The apartment was superb very clean n tidy we had a door note when we would like it to be clean it was great specially when I have 2 young messy boys! The reception is open 24 hours with a member of staff in there thru night was good for us as my son was ill thru night and had to get clean sheets she was so helpful and plesent and free of charge which surprised me thought we would of had to pay but no she wrote a note for the cleaner and the cleaner was there 1st thing taking away sheets and cleaning apartment. As we were self catering we didn't spend much time in apartment as there were loads of places to eat out n drink out but overall we would 100% go back again.

We are campers, so no problem. When checking in --- pay attention to these 2 points, other apartments in the same building are much better.

Bathroom works and is ok, but needs renovation (will be done next year they told us). Pool area nice, 4 pools, sun beds for free. Not heated pools. Need a car! To Adeje, Americas, Los Christianos is a 10 min drive.

Review 83：The water in the pool was not heated and was very cold. Without seafood in the dinners. A lot of stairs everywhere and the beds inconvenient. In addition have to pay for towels and for internet that had always problems.

Review 91：- Callao Salvaje is not a typical tourist area with long sandy beach - it is rather volcanic (black), smaller but quite nice. - Poor ventilation in the bathroom is a disadvantege.

Review 92：1) Firstly, very good kitchen - especially dinners, varied choice of dishes - meat, fish, salads, desserts, fruits - I recommend; what's more - nice guys in the restaurant 2) Large apartments, clean, well-equipped, also kitchen with equipment -everything you need; it is not typical hotel but rather apartments - it was important for me and I'm very satisfied 3) Location - quite close to the bus stop, you can go to Los Cristianos or Los Gigantes. 4) Helpful, friendly crew in reception and very friendly, helpful and professional lady at the information. 5) Large balcony. Hotels in Los Cristianos, Adeje are usually much more expensive... and the are is much more tourist... but also noisy... depends on your needs. I recommend the Tropical Park.

Review 94：large spacious apartment clean though a little dated, a well equipt kitchen, hot shower & lovely views from a very big balcony. Very quiet resort, though plenty of bars to choose from. We had a later flight home & were able to leave our cases in a locked room & with towels provided could shower prior to leaving.

Review 101：Loads of stairs, our room (105), was on the ground floor adjacent to the walkway leading from stairs to supermarket. Clip clop of feet was very audible as was every word spoken by passers-by, (bedroom was next to this). Water running through pipes from apartments above gurgled abnormally loudly behind the wardrobes, (if this happened at home I'd be calling the emergency plumber out). Beds were rock hard to the extent that you had to rotate frequently due to numbness! Decor was shabby but not chique...broken floor and wall tiles, furniture and doors de-laminating after being sloshed by mopping too many times, etc. Needs upgrading desperately.

Review 107：The location, although rather secluded, perfect for a week away from it all. The side view, both the mountains and the ocean. The big sunny terrace and pleasant apartment. The staff, especially Maria.

Review 108：Booking .coms description included a lift, but when we got there there wasn't a lift and there were hundreds of flights of stairs. I would not recommend this complex for people with walking difficulties and find it difficult to climb stairs. Only a few of the apartments are suitable for those people. The resort is very hilly and the best resturants are at the bottom of the hill

Review 109：As i have mentioned in my dislikes the stairs. my wife has walking difficulties and the room that we were originally allowcated we on the second floor. When I pointed it out to the receptionist she juggled things around so as we were given a GF apartment which turned out to be suitable. The staff were very helpful.

Review 110：The beach - but that's to be expected on a volcanic island! My 10 year old daughter was too scared to swim on this beach as there is a shelf where the waves break so not suitable for little one but great fun for big children.

Review 112：We got the room 433. Every night there was some noise, copulation - we couldn't recognise what was it and from where it came - in the hall apartman, mainly in the bedroom and the bathroom. It was very disturbing, we couldn't sleep.

Review 113：The hall garden is beutiful. The view from the terrace was excellent. It was very comfortable the supermarket under the apartmans. In front of the apartmans are free parking places, we found always parking place.

Review 114：There are a lot of steps depending on where your room is and what size of the complex you are on. It didn't bother us too much but that might be a problem for some people. It is quiet a distance from the main resorts (€17 for a taxi to Las Americas) and it is much quieter in Callo Salvje so after a couple of days we hired a car which worked out perfect.

Review 115：The apartments were spacious and fairly well equipped. The location was quiet and a car would be recommended. There are two pools both with a baby pool and plenty of beds so there was never any panic at any time of the day. There is also a well stocked supermarket with a bakery on the complex.
