Review 1：Understaffed reception 1 person answering 2 telephones and dealing with 2 guests. Snack bar serving drinks and breakfast could have been happier

Review 3：My wife and I stayed here in late September, which was lovely and quiet due to being out of season. We opted for a very cheap deal that didn't include breakfast or any food, so I cannot comment on the restaurant side of things. Our room was huge! We had two double beds, which whilst they weren't necessary, they were still nice to lounge on from time to time. The room was cleaned every day to a good standard and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The area the hotel belongs to is fairly built up of other complexes and private homes/holiday homes. But having a car gave us the freedom to explore other areas happily. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 4：The food was very very poor, we paid for half board but only ate in the restaurant once. The food on the hot buffet was cold, at 8:10pm, when the restaurant had only been open for 10 minutes. This needs to be addressed.

Review 6：The range of food could have been better, also most of the food was luke warm not hot, there was a microwave available and this required to be used to heat your food. Bar area was very bland, not the usual 4 star rating.

Review 11：The location was excellent very short walk to the sea, secure parking, friendly staff and facilities were excellent, this hotel is only a year old so all is up to date Wifi was excellent, air con in rooms worked well and a shower in the bathroom to die for. Food in the hotel was buffet style and was excellent value for money and a good selection was presented to choose from.

Access to wifi also I needed to print boarding passes the staff in the hotel were fantastic especially Amanda my boarding passes were printed and handed to me for no fee :) The breakfast was more than substantial I will be paying them a visit again Karen
