Review 1：There was animation team, but no mini disco for kids and animation mostly in French.

Review 2：Quite big and very green teritorry comparing to number of rooms, nice views, very warm heated pool, good staff.

Review 3：The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is a bus stop near by but the bus goes every hour. The reception staff were not very helpful, they didn't even have a map of the area. The food was not great. The bedroom was covered in ants and the bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel claimed to have free Wifi, however it is only free for one hour and once your hour is up it cannot be used again for 24 hours. The connection was very bad.

Review 5：Room was tired and spartan - no comfortable seating, no facilities of any sort, looked out on to a wall so no view of any kind. Canteen-style food is appalling. Manager rude and refused to answer our complaints. We left after 1 night despite being forced to pay on arrival for 7 nights. Definitely not a 4 star establishment.

Review 7：Food awful, this hotel is NOT 4 star! Staff not particularly welcoming or friendly. Room needs refurbishing. Cracks, holes, damaged walls and shower screen and bath. I traveled solo and requested assistance with bags. I was advised no staff around to help:

Review 9：In the first 2/3 days of our stay the food for breakfast and particularly the evening meal was pretty poor and certainly not up to a 4star standard and it was quite clear having spoken to a few people that we were not unique in this view, though I must stress that after those first few days the main evening meal selection and quality improved markedly in our view though the breakfast menu remained much the same.

Review 10：Very nice spacious grounds with some nice views. The accommodations being arranged in the grounds. The outdoor swimming pools were very good with one heated and plenty of space.

Review 11：Some stuff members have really bad or no English skills at all. I don't know, is it because of Hotel or not, but sometimes smell in the area was just horrible - just like cats' litter-box. ): Too much chlorine in pool water. Lunch and Dinner costs 15eur/person, and it's buffet type (in my opinion a bit too expensive) - the food was ok, however, if you want something to drink, you have to order it for additional price from bar. As well, if you don't really want to eat the whole course, but just to have snacks like salad, cheese etc. you simply can't have them, unless you pay for the whole course. Only snack you can have separately is like peanuts which you can buy at bar.

Review 12：Stuff was really nice - always smiling and friendly. Towels were changed daily. One of the pools were heated. Breakfast buffet - a lot to choose from (big variety).

Review 19：Nobody working at the resort spoke English well. Obviously this is a Spanish speaking country - but when the overwhelming majority of patrons are from English speaking countries, some English speaking employees would be helpful (they're certainly available at 4 and 5 star resorts).

Review 20：It's a pretty good place - 3 1/2 stars at most. Nothing wrong with the place, just nothing overly luxurious. It's clean and it does the job. And it's a bit of a jaunt to the ocean.

Review 25：Just a little too isolated at the top of a hill. Absolutely fine too walk down to local centre and beach, totally knackered after walking back. No problem to take a taxi up and fairly cheap I would imagine, I was just determined to walk it all the time.

Review 26：This was a lovely quiet hotel, with accommodation only being in two stories. There were always plenty of spare sun beds around the pool. The spa and the staff there were lovely. I liked the fact that you could eat in or out. The reception staff were also very helpful. There is a courtesy bus twice day to take you to Las Americas if you so desire.

Review 50：Poor wifi connection and allowed only one hour per day for free. So we had troubles to book different hotels for our further trip in Tenerife. Terrible, terrible coffee in the breakfast. Terrible quality water in the breakfast. One of the employers of reception was quite unfriendly not only with guests, but also with other employers of the hotel. It was not pleasant to ask any questions to her. We didn't understand duties of people who were responsible for activities (applications).

Review 51：We are couple who visited this hotel right after the tourism season was over. That is why we enjoyed our staying in this hotel a lot. But we do not now how it is in the tourism season. The hotel and it's surroundings are beautiful. The rooms are clean and pleasant as well as other places in the hotel. It is possible to enjoy different spa procedures. Kids friendly. Food was varied and mostly tasty. Most of the staff is friendly, smiling and kind.

Review 54：Although it is a little out of town, the facilities afford plenty of opportunities to ocupying your time, day or night time. The pace of life is never hurried, and it is perfect if you want to chill out. The outdoor pools, beds and bars are very good, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We enjoyed it.

Review 55：The gym area could do with a hoover and a dust and maybe some newer kit but all perfectly fine. As with most people I found the Wifi to be really annoying, I cant add what hasn't been added before and for the year 2014 can we please have Wifi that works across all areas and is included in our room charge, I went out most days to use nearby restaurants Wifi and spent money with them so the hotel lost out meaning that making it free wouldn't actually cost them anything, go figure

Review 56：I thought the hotel was very nice set over several acres which gave it a lovely atmosphere, pool area and facilities were excellent and all the staff we met over our 5 day stay were very polite and well mannered. I enjoyed the food which I didn't think I would having never stayed HB in a hotel, but good choice and a BBQ on the Wednesday which was a lovely surprise. Location is at the top of the hill which means its a 15 minute walk to restaurants, all down hill, but very pleasant and if you want a shorter walk stay nearer the town but then you wont have the space that you have at Hotel Callao, choices

I paid for 3 days to be able to confirm my homebound trip, then internet worked fine in the room and also in the reception. However only on the device I started with, my iPad. Impossible to use on my phone even though I paid for internet access. This means that a couple can't share internet even though....
