Review 1：Great host, very good room size. Everything really nice and pleasant. Could not fault the accommodation. Breakfast is very filling. Secure shed available for our rented bicycles. Overall cannot fault and hope to return.
Review 2：Ms. Döring(The Staff) is very kind. Hotel and room is beautiful and clean. The bed is very comfortable. It takes about 20 mins walk from Mittenwald train station.

Review 7：The foam mattress. I had the worst sleep because it made me so hot I woke up after two hours and proceeded to stay awake. My other half wasn't bothered by it but he's in a coma most of the time so it was no surprise he slept through the night.

Review 13：The only negative aspect of this gasthaus was it was right next to the rail line and street crossing so the train would use its whistle when going by. Fine throughout the day, but at night and early morning not so :(
Review 14：Staff, breakfast and comfort of beds perfect. Very nice Bavarian location. Little bubbling creek was nice to listen to and mountains surrounded you. Easy walk into town for great dining and shopping, cable car to mountain top, train station and hiking paths all easy to access by foot.

Review 22：I'm usually very critic regarding hosting and sleeping, but I tried to find negative points for this guest house and I could not find absolutely any! Definitely worth recommending.
Review 23：This is probably the best hotel I've ever been in my life!! Not only everything was extremely clean, the location was beautiful and the staff as friendly as someone could ever be. Luxurious room and very comfortable huge bed with balcony facing the mountains. Decoration done with style. You can reach the main train station by taxi for less than 7 Eur. Supermarket and city center within walking distance. Beautiful excursions all around. It's probably the best hosting in Mittelwald.

Review 26：We didn't like the staff, they didn't talk to us at all. When we came we had to wait outside when the personnel was trying to figure out who we are and which one's our reservation. Then when we got in they just gave us the key. So they were a bit too blunt to our liking. Otherwise the place was great!

Review 32：The front door was locked on our arrival. The button beside the door gave a recorded message to leave your number and they'd call you back????? Another guest let us in. The owner was inside the whole time. Not impressed. There is a EUR 8 charge to access the wifi.

Review 35：The location at the foot of the mountain range was breathtaking and it was quiet as it was situated on the outskirts of Mittenwald. The air was so fresh and clear. Additionally, the rooms were extremely comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. Sabrina, the owner, was an exceptional host to us - she made us feel right at home and was very friendly. When we needed to cancel a booking in Munich, she went out of her way to assist us because it was very confusing to us!! We can't wait to return!!!!!
Review 36：You have to walk up the steps to your rooms. Breakfast starting time at 8 o'clock was slightly inconvenient when you have to leave early. Poor map on hotel page.

Both rooms that we booked were spacious and comfortable and had asun terrace or balcony.
