Review 1：The hotel needs to think about sound proofing the walls of the rooms. We stayed for 5 nights and the room next to our room was very noisy at night. We loved everything else about the hotel.
Review 2：The apartment was excellent and the location was very good for expolring the Bordeaux region. We could also walk many places in Arcachon.
Review 3：The property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is small but met our needs. We enjoyed the bicycles we were able to rent right from the property. It is conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach.

Review 7：being in the centre of town being able to walk to everything that we wanted to do the town was quite expensive eating out etc but being able to walk around day or night all hours in the cleanest towns we have ever stayed in was well worth it
Review 8：It was clean, however there was a bad smell in our apartment due to the location of the drain. Overall the rental was clean, however the sheets made my skin itchy at night which made it uncomfortable.

Review 21：Grillon was an excellent place to stay to see Arcachon and surrounding area. It was very clean and we received a warm welcome (help with bags etc) We liked being able to hire bikes. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The bedlinen and towels etc were good hotel standard. The beds upstairs were fine and our teenage daughters were fine about the height - they were only up there to sleep. WiFi access good which was of course very important to them! It was quiet, restaurants cafes etc and the seafront close by. We will return

Review 23：The location is perfect, right in the city center where you can find all you want but not noisy at all, easy to find from the train station and just a few steps to go to the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped, the wifi is very fast. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room is big enough to feel released :)

Review 26：The double bed was as hard as a rock and if you wanted to use the other 3 beds on offer, one was a sofabed (black leather, not very tempting) and the other two were upstairs where you would have to be no taller than 3ft to get to them...or crawl on your hands and knees. OK for children I guess tho'.

Review 28：room was clean but very basic, we had to boil water in a pan as we had no kettle and you had to step up about 15ins through a narrow gap to get in to the shower. we had room 1 that was on the main road at the front and was noisy.

Review 34：The apartment No 19 was not very practical for 4 adults of senior years because two beds were up a short but steep flight of stairs on an internal balcony which gave very little headroom - more suitable for children - but it was adequate.

We didn't know until we got there that if we didn't want to clean the room we would have to pay, but we didn't mind too much as the room was such good value. The walls are thin, you can hear people having showers, also we were wakened by what sounded like a rubbish truck a few mornings about 5.30. We would consider going back, but would take a duvet, pillows and a kettle!

Review 42：the room was extremely cold. The heating did not work, so it was about 8-10C at nights... We did not use shower at first night, then we went to Dune de Pyla and came back to the hotel room all in sand. That moment we realized the shower did not work at all. No hot, nor cold water. Only sink.
