Reviews for AlmaPamplona - Muga de Beloso
Review 1:Upgraded on arrival, room stylish and ultra comfortable. Onsite spa and a classy restaurant which served us a delicious breakfast. Staff were all super professional, friendly and helpful. A short walk in to Pamplona would definitely visit again.
Review 2:A second day a room was not made at all. Very few of the stuff speaks english.
Review 3:Design of the hotel, specialy a club room wih lovely music and atmosfere.
Review 4:Nothing
Review 5:Ultra modern hotel, large suite, balcony, edge of town location. 20 minute walk to old town. Underground parking beneath hotel. Two TVs, automated blind system, fingerprint entry. Very high tech.
Review 6:Breakfast pricey at 16 euros (even though most hotels seem to think it is ok to charge three times the price in town) and it is a long walk from town along a very polluted four lane road. Even though the hotel seemed empty they told us they had no room in the restaurant for us that evening.
Review 7:Very calm with a lovely view of the mountains and excellent spa/swimming pool. Fresh and pleasant decor and the room was beautiful. We even got a free room upgrade. Free underground parking and easy to find. As an aside, there is a cafe serving great food in the Parque de La Media Luma (sub 10 euros a dish and 15 euros for a delicious paella to share) which means you don't have to walk all the way to town for food. It has a nice setting, relaxed and has good service.
Review 8:A little bit outdated already (probably not everybody can notice that, but I see plenty of punch items/constructive carelessness which puts some shadow on the interior), little bit dark (that's the decoration style of the hotel - probably somebody likes it, I don't), have to walk a while upside a hill to get to the old city. Not much I disliked actually.
Review 9:Good staff, very comfortable bed, spacious room. Fingerprint-access to the room is a funny experience. Underground parking.
Review 10:Fabulous Location, beautiful comfortable room, with lovely views.Superb parking facilities. Extremely dog friendly.Professional charming and very helpful staff.
Review 11:We were upgraded to a suite which was very luxurious with great views of the cathedral. Staff on reception were very polite and helpful. Spa was great - sauna, steam room and pool with jets, as was terrace for sunbathing. Hotel on outskirts of centre but roughly 20 minutes walk on walkway/cycle way through lovely park.
Review 12:Terribe flexibility in terms of food options and room service. They just have a "say no" attitude that is really unhelpful. Poor tv options. You can't watch an english movie.
Review 13:An interesting hotel in a very modern style. It's location, although a little away from the action part of the city is great as it is quiet but within a walk of the city.
Review 14:This hotel was exceptional, location close enough to the old town but far enough to make it private and spacious. The staff and facilities were extraordinary. All of us so pleased
Review 15:The breakfast was expensive, the spa was closed and there was no hot water one morning .... the water problems were probably because there had been recent flooding.
Review 16:We loved the room, the bathroom, the view, the fingerprint door entry, the electric blind, the incredibly comfortable bed
Review 17:Two reclining chairs (instead of one) would be ideal in the otherwise fantastic bedroom.
Review 18:Fantastic value spa hotel with a futuristic design. Great, comfortable rooms with views to the city. Easy & pleasurable 20 minute walk to the old town, or A €6 taxi ride. We all enjoyed it immensely. 100% recommended for a relaxing stay in this fantastic city.
Review 19:Only one chair, which was very surprising given the size of the room. So someone has to sit on the bed, which was awkward when we used room service. There was a balcony outside the window but the only way to get there was through the window! No British TV, which might be expected in a top quality very new hotel. Especially as even Russian TV available! Slightly complicated lighting needed some experimentation. Slightly strange system of heavy sliding doors between bedroom and bathroom.
Review 20:Mountain views Very comfortable bed Fabulous bathroom and shower Lots of storage space Very spacious room Stylish interiors Good and relatively cheap room service meals
Review 21:Be prepared for 20-30 min (depending on level of fitness) into the Old Town. Restaurant menu could be a bit more adventurous.
Review 22:Room access by fingerprint recognition replacing a key card might seem gimmicky, but it works fine and makes sense. Bedrooms (with bathroom suites) are large. Bar prices are very reasonable for quality of hotel. Car parking (under hotel) is spacious.
Review 23:Location is not central but is a very short drive or longish walk
Review 24:The keyless system The pool was nice and big The automated shades View of mountains
Review 25:The location allows for great space standards but lacks character - right next to the athletics track with views of some edge of town scrub. The swimming pool is well designed but a bit dark (feels like swimming in a garage).
Review 26:The design of the room could not be faulted - plenty of space with a very comfortable bed. Balcony overlooking the garden. Delicious and generous buffet breakfast.
Review 27:Absolutely nothing....this hotel is first class!
Review 28:The design concept and facilities in the the Alma were outstanding. The staff were also some of the best trained, courteous and professional we came across in our tour of Spain. What a pleasure to meet the owner and the General Manager during San Fermin. Thank you.
Review 29:With so much room the there was no comfortable seating area and the second TV in the middle of the sitting area did not make much sense.
Review 30:The spacious bedroom and excellent dinner, and the general style of the hotel.
Review 31:We booked three rooms for a group of ten people. Two of the rooms were for four people and the third room was for two people. Once we arrived to the facility the hotel staff said the only rooms available were for two person occupancy and we would need to purchase additional rooms.
Review 32:The war in Iracq :-)
Review 33:It's the third time we come in this hotel and we love it. It's a beautiful, modernistic building. The rooms are spacious (2 televisions), quiet and with a great vue. The toilet has his own room, always appreciated. The people working there couldn't be friendlyer, altough very discrete. Breakfast is great, and so is dinner, at very reasonable prices. This is one of the only hotels we "miss" :-)
Review 34:Please supply non-feather pillows (we were unable to source any at the hotel) and whilst minimalist is delightful please supply a kettle and cups, we had to pay for hot water to be delivered to the room.
Review 35:The high technology and the architecture of the building. The rooms were amazing spacious and comfortable. Loved the bathroom area. Also appreciated the short notice booking. Thank you
Review 36:Expensive average breakfast
Review 37:We loved the large room and bathroom.
Review 38:Finger print recognition didn't work . Very few people in dining room so lacked atmosphere
Review 39:Indoor pool very relaxing
Review 40:Well designed rooms - excellent cuisine and friendly staff
Review 41:Lovely hotel with very friendly staff
Review 42:The staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean.
Review 43:Difficult to find. Dinning room and dinner not to the same standard as the hotel.
Review 44:size of room and layout
Review 45:This hotel is ultra modern, which some may like, i found it a little cold and unwelcoming.
Review 46:The spa was very nice.
Review 47:Absolutely everything. What a stylish, luxurious place to stay!
Review 48:Breakfast overpriced and walk to town.
Review 49:Beautiful facilities and views. Modern and housekeeping service.

Review 59:The staff were exceptional
Review 60:The bed.
Review 61:The spa
Review 62:Exceeded our expectations Very very relaxing Make sure you have dinner in their restaurant!!
Review 63:The spa was really dirty, steam room especially, and the spool was cold.
Review 64:The staff
Review 65:Too far from town - 25 to 30 mins walk.
Review 66:Not close to town - it's a long walk
Review 67:A bit far from Old Town but well worth it
Review 68:Terrific Hotel....the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and classy.
Review 69:Nothing. One of my favourite hotels of all time
Review 70:Stylish room, great decor, lovely staff and amazing spa
Review 71:Coffee/tea facilities would be nice. Bed, while being very comfortable, was too soft for my liking.
Review 72:Outstanding hotel During my previous stay I commented that coffee/tea facilities would be nice in the room, especially as the hotel is slightly isolated with no nearby bars. This time, apparently remembering my comment, I was told that if I would like hot water they would send it to the room, and in fact when asking for hot water it appeared within minutes.
Review 73:The restaurant food could have been much better for the price they charge.
Review 74:The staff at the front desk were extrmely nice and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We were fortunate to have the wellbeing centre to ourselves for the time we were there. I loved that everything except for breakfast was included in the price - no hidden charges eg. wellness centre (other hotels we stayed in charge for this facility). The building was stunning and so was the view. The bed was really comfortable and the room was huge. Thankyou, as this was by far the best hotel we stayed in Europe.
Review 75:Loved the city, wonderful vibe and friendly people. The hotel was a walkable distance and very clean and comfortable with excellent staff food and parking
Review 76:it is not in the center, you can walk to the city but it takes about 20 minutes.
Review 77:Large well designed rooms, the beds are very comfortable, beautifull design, friendly personnel, restaurant with good food
Review 78:The deco is good and detail oriented. The staff is very helpful. The hotel not only has an indoor swimming pool but also provides two different sauna rooms which are excellent and relaxing.
Review 79:As the location is fairly isolated and not within walking distance of bars, cafes or restaurants, it would be nice to have a coffee/tea set in the room.
Review 80:Nice minimalistic design and very comfortable. Upon arrival I was made to feel like a very welcome special guest.
Review 81:If you want to drink it's taxis in and out
Review 82:It's quiet being away from the town centre
Review 83:Great hotel . Stayed for 1 night. Very good
Review 84:every thing ,
Review 85:Not being able to stay longer!
Review 86:We just love this place.
Review 87:Out of the way if you don't have a car. You have to take a taxi to and from the center of town.
Review 88:Excellent hotel, one of my favourites in Spain.
