Review 1：The staff didnt speak much English. The janitor was mean and rude - and made us very uncomfortable!! He actually yelled at us!!! The bad was rock hard and there was no way to charge your phone near the bed (the cellphone must be in the livingroom during the night). Callao Salveje is very small, and isnt much fun, so we took the public bus to Playa de las Americas every day which took 40-60 min each way.

Review 8：Excellent location-quiet and peaceful, the beach is 3 min. walk from the hotel. Seaview rooms are strongly recommended to enjoy the ocean view:)

Review 9：The rooms could get pretty hot as there was no aircon or ceiling fans to cool the rooms down you had to wedge the room entry door open and leave the varanda door open to create a through draught. They have no portable fans to hire or available but the friendly guy on night duty gave me the one from behind the reception desk so the kids could have a cooler bedroom. Wild Pidgeons are a pain they come right into your room when the doors are open and they are just not scared of people same around the pool. But after all my negatives we would go back there as the good far outways the bad points as far as we are concerned. Streetside can be noisy from the bars some times till 4am

Review 14：This is, to my mind, at least a 3*, if not a 4*. The room was spacious (56 sq M) and well equipped. We went half board (amazing value at approx 15 Euros a day!) The hotel restaurant, Jamon Jamon, is excellent - good quality and extremely well presented. Loved the huge salt water pool. Would definitely go back there.

Review 15：Only small thing we dont like is that in the kitchen there were not all necessary staff to cook and boil water .

Review 16：Hotel on the ocean, big pool open till late in the night, appartment is about 50 m2 for 2 people composed of a salony , balcony, bed room, bathroom .

Review 17：Pool bar closes at 6pm, even if many tourists swimm till 8 even 9pm. They serve last roud and closes doen even if bar is totally full. Bed quality. Kingbeds are actually 2 separate beds on wheels. Not really nice. And very hard to sleep. Mountainview rooms has terrible noise. A lot of noise from bars cross the street and from early morning deluveries, garbage takeaway (at 4am), etc Off course you can close windows, but hey, no aircondition....

Review 21：It was our second time in the hotel as a family (my partner has been there before) and we loved our stay just as much as the first time. All staff were very helpful and restaurant staff were especially great with kids. Bought half board again. Breakfast can get a bit boring as does not change, but provides a good range of food. Dinners were great. The chef was particularly good with the meat dishes. Kids loved the pool and it was clean. The rest of the hotel is comfortable and well equipped without being luxurious. Do try to get the room with the sea view, it is totally worth the extra money!

The pool and the roof with the jacuzzi were unbelievable! We had a great time in this hotel. Al lado de la playa. La vista desde el apartamento era hermosa. La habitación comfortable y espaciosa. La cocina muy bien equipada. La piscina y el jacuzzi simplemente increíbles! Tuvimos una excelente estadía en este hotel.

Review 27：I had zero complains, but if you are very very nitpicky you might find that the room could use some repainting and minor technical fixes. There were some tiny bugs in the kitchen if you leave the dishes wet.

Review 32：Nearby the only beach is not the best one, but if u have a car, that's not a problem at all. Pool towels are for rent only, the price is very low but come on! That's the first time in my experience that I have to pay for pool towels!

Just a few things to keep in mind though, so you come prepared: wifi is not very strong but good enough to check e-mails, etc. No amenities in the room. Car park is limited but easy to find free parking on the street. The beach is managed separately and you pay 8€ for two beds and an umbrella.

Review 36：The first hotel that charged me a higher amount in cash upon arrival instead of the amount in booking.com reservation. Reply by unfriendly receptionist is senseless: booking.com price is valid only for prepay by credit card but the payment in cash upon arrival the price is higher. Of course, I haven't had opportunity to choose the method of payment. Apartment is large and extremely unfurnished - lack most of equipement: from the oven and hair dryer up to the recycle bin. Location is poor, parking is small and always full and wi-fi is unusable. The nearby beach is dirty and unusable.

In general its very old hotel with serious cleanliness issues, therefore we left the hotel after the first night as we were travelling with a small child. One could also expect to find ants in the apartment's kitchen, or homeless cats laying on the sun beds next to the swimming pool or at restaurant's terrace.

Review 44：We missed a dishwashing liquid in the kitchen as it is not usual thing you take with you on holiday if travelling around the island and sleeping in the hotels. Everything else perfect.

Review 45：When we arrived we were very surprised how kind and nice personnel were in the hotel. They recommended very close free additional parking because the hotel parking lots were full. We booked a "studio" and it was 100% same as on the photos we checked on booking.com, and the receptionist gave us the studio in the second floor as we asked during reservation. From the studio it was really brilliant view over the ocean, palms, beach and partly of the town and mountains. We slept four nights at the beginning of May. It was sunny, very good weather (almost hot), and the water had minimum of 20 degrees, probably a bit more. So perfect for swimming/relaxing. But - on the beach was up to around 30 people in the afternoon, not more! The same situation in the town, no crowds of tourists, no annoying families with a lot of crying children at the beach... We really enjoyed. Everything. From all the hotel studios and rooms towards the ocean are beautiful views, romantic. The same is from the hotel pool and the hotel restaurant called "Jamon-Jamon". We were surprised that people rather sit in the commercial little restaurants-bars along the road without views than into this such great restaurant, fabulous especially in the terrace part. We recommend it surely for romantic couples! The kitchen and waiters in Jamon Jamon were perfect too :) Excellent choise for perfect price - definitely.

Review 46：We had a room by the stairs on the second floor, so it was sometimes a little noisy. Also when our rubbish bin was full had to bring the rubbish to a skip ourselves, which i've never had to do as a guest in a hotel before.

Review 47：Great Location in a lovely town, clean hotel that was exactly as described. Free Wi-Fi perfect for streaming music. Restaurant is brilliant also, and friendly and approachable staff. We would stay in this hotel again!

Review 48：The WiFi quality is in general a big problem in this residence. WiFi is barely accessible in the room (very low signal, however sometimes could surf on the net, if patient enough). One can move to the lobby to use the WiFi, there signal is stronger but still very slow internet connection. The other issue is the cleanness of the towels which I was receiving every other day. I reported it to the hotel, hopefully they will improve it.

Review 49：The location is very nice, specially considering the price per night. I liked the room, the kitchen facilities in the room, the wonderful view on the ocean, the swimming pool, the gym in the residence, the wonderful sleep over night listening to the lullaby of the ocean waves reaching the rocky coast.

Review 50：It was impossible to take a decent shower since the water temperature during the day continued to turn from really hot to freezing, and in the evening it was cold... and the plumber who came in two different occasions said it couldn't do anything... Then the Wifi signal in our room was too low to connect, and in the hall at maximum reception the connection was extremely slow. Also the maid made only a very superficial cleaning only 4 times a week, often even forgetting to empty the kitchen bin. The beds were uncomfortable being 2 beds attached together and having wheels they continued to separate from each other during the night! In the evening and very early in the morning and even during the afternoon siesta there was always bad noise from the people charging/discharging for the residence and its restaurant. In other words, it is adviceable to keep away from this venue at least until things sharply improve.

Review 51：The swimming pool was really fine with a fantastic view and it seemed clean, too. However, the room cons definitely overwhelmed the pool's pros.

Review 52：only recommendation - to make longer that barrier on the right side of the beach, I mean the barrier that protects the beach from the ocean. sometimes it is not easy to enter to the water. or make barrier from stones, as in playa las Teresitas.

Review 111：I loved that it offered a gym and we used it at least 3 times throughout our stay, but the room can get unbearably hot. Our room could get quite stuffy at times too. My suggestion for management is to invest in air cons or fans for the rooms and for the gym area.

Review 112：We spent a week at Atlantic Centre and loved every minute. The pool is amazing, the hotel is very clean, the room offered all we needed for a comfortable stay. Wi-fi is slow but enough to let you check your emails or download books on your kindle. I would definitely go back! I would just spend a bit more and get a room with sea views. Our room faced the street which limited our privacy and could get a bit noisy sometimes. But don't let that put you off: the place is great!

Review 115：Stayed in these apartments before and found them ideal for inexpensive and restful stay in nice quiet resort which we have visited before. Basic, clean, spacious and quiet accomodation right on cliff tops overlooking sea. Very friendly staff who made our stay a pleasurable experience. Calleo Salvaje is a quiet resort with lots of dining choices, La Romantica is a particularly nice Restaurant just a streets width away with an extensive menu serving excellent food and well worth a visit. Majority of guests during our stay were scandinavian, we enjoyed the company of two interesting and friendly couples from Denmark. Very likely to repeat the experience in future years. would

Review 116：There are a lot of families with children in the hotel and, sometimes, it can get pretty loud in the pool aerea, also in the morning. There is no really good supermarket nearby

Review 117：The staff was very friendly and mostly helpful. The pool is very nice (except the salt water). The restaurant of the hotel is very recommendable, even though a bit expensive. The village Callao Salvaje is also nice, there are not too many tourists, and the beach is not crowded at all

Review 126：Towels are to be renewed, the pillows are uncomfortable. Как уже отметили полотенца лучше бы полностью поменять, стирка их не спасает. Немного "уставшая" сантехника.

Review 127：Соотношение цена - качество. За такие деньги можно не обращать внимание на некоторые мелочи. Полотенца даже после стирки выглядят не очень, и их сильно выстирывают в дезинцифирущих средствах. Good value for money. The village is really small, and quiet. For any activities you should drive to Fanabe area, but it's just 10 minutes of drive.

Review 128：There were no free wi-fi in the rooms. Sometimes it worked in lobby but very slowly!( Unfortunately in all town we didn't find the place with good free Internet.

Review 129：AHC is located in a nice place very close to ocean (about 50m) in quiet small town but in about 25 km if you need you can find a plenty of entertainment - in Playa de Los America's for example. We lived in a big suit with the greatest sea view! Service was excellent too. At the reception desk you will find friendly personal always are ready to help you or give you some advances or information you need.
