Review 1：It's not a hotel, it's a number of apartments in a building. There are no staff per se, there is an admin office around the corner but it was rarely staffed. Everything is extra $'s - bed sheets, towels, cleaning the room at the end of the stay, TV (yes, you pay for a card to make it work), wifi (although that didn't work for the entire stay), so budget for that.
