Review 1：Nothing.

Review 2：Unfortunately we only stayed one night and arrived very late. We found the young lady on reception very helpful and full of knowledge. My French is very poor, but English was no problem for the staff on duty. Will definitely come back during the summer months to take in the area and will come back to this hotel to explore it a lot more. Room was excellent and could not fault anything about my stay here.

Review 4：Our standard bedroom was roomy, well appointed and spotlessly clean. It had a modern and well appointed bathroom with separate loo. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Having an underground car park is a real bonus . Enjoyable breakfast available

Review 5：Hotel is around the corner from the beach and all the seaside restaurants. Quick walk into the main part of town and the cute tourist train that takes you around the old art deco homes. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Modern room with comfy bed and very quite for sleeping. Underground parking attached to the hotel was convenient and secured.

Review 6：We were disappointed that having paid for a suite with a sea view there was a very large tree directly in front of our window almost completely blocking the view of the sea;

Review 8：This was a boutique hotel, 100 meters from the shore. On the same street as the Aquarium. Next door is a split restaurant , simple and fine dining. Same kitchen and fresh fish and seafood bar. We actually came to this ville for the Oyster beds offshore. We were rewarded with a superior seafood dining at a simple price. Wonderful Hotel.

Review 11：the internet signal in the 5th floor is very low, the sea view not deserve the extra charge at all, all in all, its quit expensive to pay 180 euro per day in the middle of Oct.

Review 17：Finding it via GPS was a nightmare, eventually parked up and walked about 2 Km to find it. Wifi in room never worked and Staff did not get it fixed during 3 day stay. I run a small company and constant access to wifi important. One of reasons I picked this hotel. Room a bit dark, uber modern SHower leaked but fixed by staff quickly. Help yourself breakfast was OK if not busy. But when busy you queue for coffee

Review 26：Excellent hotel - brilliant location. We had a seaview room overlooking the bay and the view was wonderful. Everything was modern and extremely clean and all the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we return to Arcachon

Review 29：Would like to have had a small drawer under the shelf in bedroom to put away small items and make up. Room could have done with having an extra chair. If weather was bad or when you return after a meal, it would have been nice to have had a bar/lounge in the hotel. Breakfast is too expensive unless you are used to having a large breakfast.

Review 53：The hotel was easy to find, it has an underground parking with a direct access to the hotel. Rooms are big, well-organized and nicely decorated - we felt very cozy. Reception staff was polite and helpful. Soundproofing is good. There's a smart system via TV to enhance one's stay at a hotel and also the hotel offers a magazin with all possible information on visiting Arcachon and the area.

Review 54：We spent one night here and couldn’t fault the hotel – clean, modern and a great location. It’s right on the beach and just a few steps away from some of the busier bars and cafes on the front. The room was very spacious, clean and neatly decorated with ocean colours.

Review 55：Not really a bad experience but the layout of the breakfast buffet needs to be looked at again as at peak times it becomes very congested. Having the coffee, boiling water and hot milk dispensed from the same machine causes needless waiting in line.

Review 76：The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is well-appointed and very clean. The design of the bedroom and bathroom was attractive and the shower was particularly good. The breakfast room and lounge are bright and modern with a good choice of food for breakfast. The hotel has its own underground parking with direct access to the hotel which makes luggage transportation very easy and secure. Last, but definitely not least, is its location which could not be better. Adjacent to the promenade, beach and jetty but within easy walking distance of the town and shopping streets. We really enjoyed this hotel and were disappointed that we were only staying one night.

Review 77：Arrived late afternoon needing to park car. Ran in to reception and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Checking in was the same. Helpful staff for both booking in and dinner suggestions.room was great. Plenty of space,modern relaxes feeling. Bathroom good size and great shower. Breakfast, although not included, was worth it. We arrived on a Friday and Saturday found a great market. Arcachon was a pleasant surprise and would have stayed longer is we had known. Great beach too. Relaxing.

Review 78：It had no fridge . It was noisy . It was only 11k from Ares ,our village of choice if you had a boat ! It was actually 54k from Ares. Staff were boring and unhelpful . I stay in better cheaper in Amsterdam !

Decor was excellent and very contemporary. The bed was big and very comfortable and the room also had a snuggler chair come sofa bed too. Bathroom was well fitted out and had a nice large shower. Breakfast was very nice, buffet style. Staff very friendly and helpful, everything just perfect.
