Review 1：Apartment furniture very 'tired'. Cleaning somewhat cursory. Fried eggs at breakfast were always cold!

Review 2：Quiet location. Attractive planning of complex so that almost all apartments had uninterrupted sea view. Good pools including one quiet and charming top pool. Great view from our balcony

Review 3：Food poor, fruit in the mornings was regulary mushy as wasn't fresh. The fruit juices were really concentrated and full of lumps. The baked beans were watered down and flavourless. General selection not great. The bed in the room was so hard I struggled to sleep at night, I had to request a blanket to put on mattress to make softer. I stayed at this hotel for a month and my floor was not cleaned for the duration! I spilt a cup of tea one morning and the marks on the floor stayed there for the duration! (I left as a test) lots of ants in the room and had to store everything in fridge. The toilet in the bathroom was also not cleaned properly, likewise the bath. Lots of lights not working so Apartment was always dark. TV channels extremely poor for English viewing; only sky news available at 1 euro an hour! Internet extremely poor in the lobby, so had to pay my own mobile provider for my stay. Extremely loud music all day and night until midnight from the pool bar which kept me awake. You may ask why I didn't complain about all these things while I was there... If I had of I would have been complaining constantly which I just didn't feel like doing whilst on holiday :-(

Review 6：the apartment I was allocated, was above the reception area, as a woman travelling alone, I found this comforting, knowing, if I had a problem, I could easily get assistance

Review 7：I was´nt treated as expected guest. Room was dirty and unprepared. Staff doesn't even try to find solutions. Restaraunt and food was nothing in particular. I decide to leave ASAP!

Review 8：Few niggly things like light bulbs missing. Shutters wouldn't close and banged if breezy at night. Lots of steps to navigate which I don't remember being highlighted in the information.

Review 9：Staff were friendly and food was good quality. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Plenty of sunbeds and pool areas kept very clean. Entertainment most nights so didn't have to go out seeking it. Overall a very good experience

Review 10：Poor cleanliness. Smelt of stale smoke when I arrived. Handle on a cupboard was broken & the bottom of the bath was flaking off. Cupboard was rectified but the bath was not .... no move offered even tho I cut my foot.

Review 12：Location was in a very remote area with very little to see. A poor beach. A very hilly location, unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. Food often needed to be hotter. Paintwork tired and in need of a new coat.

Review 16：Some mornings around nine o´clock the waterpressure was really low but if you know about it you can scedule your use of water. The traffic on the road leading to TF1 was at daytime heavy, be aware of needing some extra 15 minutes to get to your destination.

Review 17：We had a one bedroom apartment quite near the reception. WiFi (costs 20 euro/week) worked well. The apartment was spacious and had a good kitchen. The view from the room was great. Reception staff helpful. Quiet location. Easy to find parking space.

Review 18：Lack of cooking pots etc. Cleaning and changing of bedding a bit hit and miss. Quite a d istance between rooms, reception and restaurant, up hill and lots of steps, unsuitable for the unfit. Out of season, but entertainment mediocre.

Review 20：TV costs €1 per hour for three English Channels No Kettle / Toaster or Microwave Apartments are very dated and require a lot of TLC - black mould in bathroom - cracked tiles - small ant like spiders in the lounge area. Had one dinner - would not recommend felt sorry for anyone who went all inclusive - Restaurant staff could use some people skills.

Review 27：Spacious, clean and well equipped. In particular we had exceptional help from Emma, a company rep from, I believe, Travel Direct who helped us arrange transport from the Aparthotel on 1 March 14. All the reception staff were extremely good. We intend to return later in the year.

Review 28：Big rooms with great price. Callao Salvaje is quiet and small, perfect place if you don't want to listen to sounds of discoteques during the nights.

Review 29：Room filled with ants in the kitchen and rooms. Never knew when it wascleaned as it was not every day. Cleaning was poor. Hot water ran outand when it was hot it burning. Shower was not great and made noise eachtime taps were turned on. Beds were really uncomfortable and made myback pain much worse. I asked for a full sea view yet it was masked, nolift service and that posed a problem as I had to drag my suitcase upstairs. Parking is limited so had to park a distance away. Shocked thathad to insert coins to operate tv a euro an hour. If family was stayingwith young kids then I dread to think how much it would cost. When on noEnglish channels apart from Sky news and one more news channel yetplenty of German. Sealing fan was broken. Frying pans were poor so muchso food stuck and set off the fire alarm. One thin tea towel provided ,All in all missed basic home comforts .

Review 31：Staff unhelpful/ Although I request in my booking for view of my appartment, I was instaled in an appartment in ground floor, no view, no air in bedroom, when opened the window we saw the dark stoons / we asked 3 times to change our appartment but they didn't do, we paied 10 euro for 3 days connection of internet that there was no network in appartment and too weak with low quality of connection in loby so we paied for nothing, breakfast repeat as the same every days without any variation,

Review 32：Hotel wouldn't take a debit or credit card when I wanted to buy excursion tickets which was inconvenient. You need to be mobile for this hotel as the pools & restaurant are at the bottom of quite a steep hill, or, you have to negotiate quite a few steps depending on which way you go to the pools & where your room is located. Last 2 days were noisy as workmen were completing work on the surrounds of another swimming pool located next to our room, but previously the noise level had been fine, it depended on who your neighbours were.

Review 33：The 1 bed apartment we had was nicely furnished, roomy & clean & had just about everything you needed to self-cater successfully. Great sea view. As there was 3 of us they had provided a separate sofa bed in addition to the sofa in the room which was nice. Unfortunately it was too hard to use, so I made use of the sofa (hence the fair rating on Comfort). Staff pleasant & helpful, pools & pool area clean & tidy.
