Review 1：The first night our shower had a clogged drain a week later our next room had cracked tiles in the shower and a broken ceiling lamp hanging from the cord.

Review 2：Staff is very friendly and helpful! Modern design, looked crisp, and clean. Loved the location and the easy in and out.

Review 3：Ideal location for catching the airport shuttle bus from the nearby train station. Situated in the town centre amongst the shops, bakeries and altstadt. The hotel was clean and warm. Bed was comfortable; Large, modern bathroom. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Review 4：5 minutes from the Station, this hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Directly on the main shopping street you are not far from everything you need!

Review 5：Price is too high for such a hotel in a small town. If you check in at 20:00 or later and want to eat, you need to go the other RiKu Hotel (though situated not far away).

Review 16：No Air Conditioning or fan in the rooms ... it was super hot during my visit and the room was around 28c all night long even with the windows open. Its a noisy street so with the windows open i had a restless night and woke up feeling exhausted.

Review 27：One of the best hotels. We really enjoyed to overnight there. Beautiful room and bathroom. Its located direct in the town centre, about 7 minutes for a walk to the train and bus stations (where you can take a bus to Allgäu Airport). Breakfast costs 6 EUR per 1 person. Free WLAN in the room (activate throw sms!). I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

(common problem for many German Hotels) - no shower cap and other useful things. For ~ 100 euro per night I expected more (common problem for many German Hotels) - no lift. Why??

Review 52：Rebecca at reception was very obliging and ensured that I had an early morning knock on the door ( no telephones in the rooms). The hotel is very central and close to bus/railway station, restaurants and shops. The rooms are very warm and comfortable. Memmingen is a pretty town with lovely old buildings of character and a little stream running through the centre. The airport is less than 15 minutes away by public bus.

Review 53：Alarm started to work at 11.30 pm and it takes 30 minutes to stop it. At night, we asked whether the breakfast is included in the price and the receptionist said no. In the morning, before we paid another receptionist said the breakfast is not included in the price. When we reacted, she said ok and we did not pay the breakfast fortunately.

Review 54：The hotel staff were very friendly. While the rooms were relatively small they were clean and well maintained. The hotel is right in the centre of town so it is very convenient. We stayed a night here because we were flying out the next day. Its only a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Review 55：There was no air conditioning in the hotel. The first night it was sweltering, with no way to relieve the oppressive heat. Thankfully, the second day was overcast and the subsequent night was much better.
