Review 1：Real Spanish area. Great staff. Welcoming open fire in our cottage (December). Lovely area for walking/cycling etc. Good breakfast and useful shop. No luxuries but this is real Spain.

Review 2：This place has everything right, the pool is great, the 'cottage' is actually the most beautiful old house, the little shop sells a bit of everything you might have forgotten, there is a free laundry room and a breakfast room where the food is all laid out and you just help yourself-set in stunning, idyllic grounds with the nicest most helpful staff. Was sad to leave and can't wait to return

Review 4：The lodge is just at the beginning of the Via Verde. So we borrowed their bike and did a 13km ride in the afternoon. The total length goes up to 18km. it's a bit more difficult to go on. When we go down we have the bikes carry us home.

Review 5：The warm and kind people, the sweet cottage, the lovely pool, the huge old tree in front of us. The owners have the ability to give you a feeling of being home.

Review 9：The owners gave us a very warm welcome on arrival and took time explaining surrounding areas. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were excellent. The swimming pool and area around it were excellent. Good condition bicycle hire was free during the week. Variety of breakfast was good and not too early.This is not 5 star but very authentic spanish accomodation which we loved. We would certainly return and recommend to family and friends.

Review 10：Excellent location for the Via Verde, bike hire great- or in our case, free bikes. We have hired bikes in other places, these bikes were by far the best!! Quiet location, at night it was good to hear the owls. Great swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. The cottage, Kingfisher, was very comfortable, clean and tidy. Excellent beds. The breakfast was fine, toast, jam, pate, cereals, cakes, fruit juice and coffee. Looking forward to staying there again. About 10km along the Via Verde there is a very welcoming bar, we had an excellent lunch there.
