Review 2：One of the most beautiful and unique places we've ever stayed, excellent accommodation, food and staff who were so friendly and welcoming

Review 3：The reception closes at 11pm. It's very far from Salzburg's city center. NO AIR CONDITIONING. The TV is VERY small.

Review 15：We didn't stay in the main building. We were in the house across the road. The rooms were terribly cold and just a thin blanket was provided, no duvet. We were told they had turned the heating off because it was too warm, but that's hard to believe. After spending two nights there, it was still as cold as it was at the beginning. The furnishings are old, worn-out. One curtain was broken, and nobody cared to fix it. The bathrooms are also very basic. Don't expect the classy Austrian charm, it's more like staying at grandma's. The house is located on a very busy road, actually quite far from Salzburg even if you have a car.

Review 19：There was a band playing one of days we stayed there. That night they packed up their substantial amount of gear directly under one of our windows from 10:30pm until past midnight,making noise equivalent to building a house. I tried to call reception to complain,but no one answered the phone after twenty rings. The next morning I complained at reception. The response was" oh,that must have been the band packing their things,sorry". That was an inadequate response in my opinion.

Review 21：This charming, very Austrian hotel was a true delight. I had stayed in Anif before and knew how pretty and peaceful the town was, but was unaware of the Schlosswirt hotel until i found it online. It did not disappoint on any level. The restaurant, while expensive, was at least a three or four star experience. The room was well appointed and the antique furnishings were so lovely and just what we wanted while staying in Tirol. The location since we had rented a car, was excellent. We were in Salzburg in 10 to 15 minutes, in Berchtesgaden in 30 minutes, and in other towns all around like Bad Reichenhall and Mond See in less than 1 hour. It was so restful,and quiet, and the birds sang as I have never before heard. The gardens were beautiful and the outside dining was so marvelous. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Only disappointement was the new owners of the Schloss have made it impossible to see it from the hotel unless one rents a helicopter!!! The schloss is totally unaccesible so see any longer. This should be included in the material.' Otherwise, it was a memorable experience that we would love to repeat.

Review 22：Although the hotel was very good, we don't believe it is a four star hotel. Probably a three star. For the price, one would expect a higher level of appointments.

Review 23：The hotel was a charming boutique hotel. Located just outside Salzburg made it easy to get to with parking available. Public transport was available just outside the hotel. Room was large and comfortable, and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi is available and worked well. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Would recommend to others as a place to stay.
