Reviews for Hôtel Panoramic

Review 1:Our experience was all good.

Review 2:This is a well located hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Above all, it's car park is big enough to park cars larger than roller skates, which is more than can be said for at least one other hotel. in the area.

Review 3:Really nothing to report.

Review 4:The hotel staff were entirely helpful, friendly and I enjoyed the stay greatly. For the price the rooms were refurbished, sound proofed, located just by the attractive church and benefitted from a private car park.

Review 5:Owner(s) very friendly and went out of their way to ensure you had everything you needed Breakfast was excellent, specially the handmade croissants :) Room was spacious and light and suprisingly quiet for the front of the hotel (roadside)

Review 6:Good size bathroom but although lots of space around loo and washbasin, the shower cubicle was quite small and with a shower curtain that kept trying to wrap itself around me. With a bigger shower and a shower screen, the room would have been 10/10.

Review 7:Good location, close to town centre. Secure parking: we also appreciated being able to leave our car there for an hour or so after checking out.

Review 8:The room we had was a bit outdated.

Review 9:We had the confort room and was a nice room with a good view on the village and the mountains. Really in the middle of town, so a lot of places to eat close by. Very nice Belgian guys run the hotel, so even been able to talk Dutch with them.

Review 10:the host was perfect, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was generous and the quality of the room for the price was excellent. I damaged my feet walking and those provided an ice pack and the excellent bath cared for my aching muscles. Its location adjacent to the church was excellent and gave me a glimpse of the city life.

Review 11:We have been to france on holidays every year for the last ten years, staying in a few different hotels each time and this is the nicest one we have stayed in, from the lovely smiling man at reception, who had great English ,to the spotless room. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Review 12:Does exactly what it says. 3star no fuss. Brilliant service.

Review 13:We had a room at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy.

Review 14:Very pleasant host with a good knowledge of English. Helpful.

Review 15:A great hotel run by friendly Belgians

Review 16:Very Friendly Staff in the charming town of Luchon. Very helpful with any requests and information

Review 17:The friendly welcome, very comfortable room & good breakfast. Hotel was very quiet but close to the centre of town.

Review 18:Tired rooms Antiquated decor Very basic breakfast, as usual zero protein

Review 19:Staff where very attentive. Great position in town Clean

Review 20:Character of hotel

Review 21:Centre of town, veey accommodating staff

Review 22:Nothing

Review 23:Staff was very friendly and helpful Good rooms and beafast

Review 24:Location

Review 25:Curtains hard to draw. No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Review 26:Owner very helpful. Parked our 2 metre high van for free in the hotel car park. Good view from the bedroom. Convenient for restaurants.

Review 27:Nothing really to report here.

Review 28:It's a charming family style hotel with a very personalized and warm atmosphere. The owners take care of every little detail and are very friendly and kind. Also it's very convenient, ski lift is within walking distance, many restaurant options within walking distance., very clean, nice breakfast (much more than just croissant or baguette like in most other places in France). I was very happily surprised with the value for money.

Review 29:Was upgraded to this property by booking.com after initial reservation was cancelled due to flooding in the area. excellent location on main drag in BDL and staff was helpful and spoke very good English. Rooms were typical of size and nature for European hotel and clean and comfortable. Both breakfasts we had were also good and there were plenty of good options for dinner in town that the staff recommended.

Review 30:Nothing comes to mind!

Review 31:It was my wife's birthday so I had to organise quite a few things in advance. The hotel manager was VERY helpful before and during our stay in making the day special for her. He had great restaurant recommendations. Very close to the heart of Luchon. Comfortable room with a nice view of the town and mountains.

Review 32:Wifi was inconsistent.

Review 33:I loved my room, I had booked a single and was expecting it to be small, but it was large with a double bed, seating area, fridge, well fitted bathroom and tastefully decorated. Location was excellent on the Main Street. I had reserved parking ( extra charge) which was good as it was Le Tour de France weekend and the streets needed to be clear and Luchon was busy. Great breakfast!!! Great service even when I forgot the code to get in and had to phone twice!!!! Great value for money. I will stay there again!!!

Review 34:Absolutely no complaints

Review 35:Wonderful owners - generous with time and very thoughtful. Fabulous position - ask for top floor room overlooking town with view up the main street toward the breathtaking Pyrenees. Beautiful Belle Epoque area architecture Short walk to SuperBagneres telecabin Lift and storage room for ski gear

Review 36:A very central location , secure parking just around the corner .Owners friendly . I’m not sure about the other rooms but ourscertainly lived up to the Hotels name – a great view down the mainstreet to the mountains beyond . Luchon is a busy town – even out ofthe ski season so if you sleep with the window open , expect an earlyrise in the morning !

Review 37:It was a little bit noisy at the front of the building, but that is tobe expected in French holiday season and given the excellent locationright in the heart of the town.

Review 38:The staff are excellent and very accommodating. Stayed for 1 night on acycling trip through Pyrenees and there was room to park the bikessafely, and a comfortable clean room. The location is also excellentright in the heart of the town centre next to all the cafes, restaurantsand shops.

Review 39:It was very very noisy during the night which meant little sleep was hadtho' the bed was very comfortable. The noise was due to the loudness ofpartying people between 1am and 4am. I guess if you are locatedcentrally this is something you might expect!

Review 40:Very central, comfortable bed and easy to park nearby free of charge.

Review 41:The local idiots at 4am.(nothing to do with the hotel!) Limited room forbicycle maintenance if more than a few. Dated building and somewhat oldfashioned layout (but modern rooms)

Review 42:Fantastic view from our corner room, and so recommended. However theonly drawback is that you are over the noisy town square, where it seemsthe louts of the region like to hang out at 4am! The hospitality, continental breakfast, safe and easy parking (free), and guest servicesprovided (including good internet) are exactly what one would ask for,and the ambience of the town is magic to suit. The Manager'srecommendations and his command of several languages was most welcome.Highly recommended and will be back next time I am in the Pyrenees

Review 43:Room very plain, a lot of noise at night.

Review 44:Good view from room towards the spa and mountains. Good breakfast.

Review 45:Tiny bathroom

Review 46:Very friendly and helpfull owner, speaks good German
