Review 1：Bathroom basins were almost impossible to use because of the huge central tap! Indoor pool very small and spa facilities basic. Outdoor pool too cold.

Review 3：We had booked a double room with terrace (ground floor)- it was a nice room but on arrival there was a bad smell in the room - like drains. After the first night we complained about the smell and were moved to a lovely room with no smell on the first floor. I cannot imagine this is the first time this has been noticed as the staff were not surprised - we were told it was probably to do with the swimming pool. Our upgrade was fine - but the hotel was very quiet and I would not expect to be put in a room with a known smell....if they were aware of it needs sorting out as otherwise the place is perfect - and the first floor room with balcony that we had was wonderful.

Review 5：I think the hotel will be affected by noise from the waterfront nightclubs when they are in full swing. Even in the lower season we gave up sleeping with the window open. Town side room no doubt quieter but then no views...

Review 7：Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Ciutadella. The room was pristine, the shower was excellent and we had a small enclosed patio which was perfect for a little one to walk about in safely. The hotel staff were pleasant and more than helpful, with good local knowledge. The garden grounds were well maintained which meant breakfast on the terrace was a joy. Can't fault this hotel.

Review 8：Our stay at the Can Faustino was magical! We stayed for three nights for our honeymoon and everything was excellent. The property was stunning and the staff was extremely helpful, especially Paulina. We arrived to rose petals on the bed and a bottle of champagne in our room once we returned from the hotel spa - both very thoughtful gestures that we appreciated so much. Thank you to all of the staff at the Can Faustino for making us feel to welcome-we hope to return soon!

Review 9：Staff could have had more knowledge of the island and it's restaurants (beyond Ciutadella) - however that is a very minor comment. Overall, our stay was really lovely.

Review 16：The location and the position. The hotel is amazing and it's situated in the centre of Ciutadella. The staff of the reception is young, kind and professional.

Review 17：Parking onsite isn't possible and unloading outside the main door has to be done very quickly so as not to block the road. Car has to be moved to a free parking area on the quayside, so arriving by car for the first time isn't easy!

It is an elegant place, but not guests can relax in the many tranquil spots around the pool or garden. I would say that it is not the best hotel for families with children, but rather for couples seeking a romantic break.

Although pricey, the outstanding quality of the hotel meant that it felt worth it.

Review 37：It is a new hotel,and they still have problems with service and efficiency, we were allocated a different room that we booked(we booked room with a view and were given a room in the patio with no view and almost no windows... the firwst night they could not change us and the next we were given a room that we booked. they however made as it was not their mistake and we had to insist with the printouts of booking .com to proove we booked a room with a view... breakfast was good, but there was never anything on the buffet... and if you ordered something they brought it, but it took ages. felt like they were trying to save.I dont think at 420 euros a night you should try to save money during the breakfast. i think these are growing pains and hopefully they solve this since it is a beautiful hotel with a lot of potential

Review 39：Hate to be moany but given the price of this place, it needs to be said: The parking is a hassle. The rooms are comfortable but small. The staff were nice but were poor at communicating information. Service was very slow in the restaurant. The breakfast was basic and included the worst coffee we've come across in a very long time.

Review 42：Let me describe a day at can faustino. You wake up in a bed more luxurious than the clouds of heaven. Stroll down to the endless array of cakes quiches cheese muesli and juices, and then over your tenth course of Spanish omelette choose to ask the staff what to do. The hidden beaches on the north side of menorca put the word azure to shame. I also recommend the diving, of which there are many shops 30 seconds below the hotel. Enjoy
