Review 1：Well placed within the old town. Reception not always manned which can be a problem checking in. You have to call a number if you don't arrive at the arranged time - they email in advance for this. We only waited a short time. The person running the place is excellent and extremely helpful. Restaurant in the same location is good too. We will go back again.

Review 6：Wifi reception was often poor even in public spaces. Once I had to lean on the closed reception room to pick up a signal. A hostal of this caliber should offer soap! There was a leak under the bathroom sink.
Review 7：I liked the location, the peace and quiet, the clean and comfortable bed. Nuno, at the reception desk was a gem. He helped me to orient myself in this city, to find quality restaurants and much more. He should be promoted! There is a fine unrelated restaurant just behind the relaxing, pretty gardens.

Review 9：Lovely family run b and b. 5 mins walk from bus station. Right in the old town and good access to bars/ restaurants. Beautiful garden setting. Lovely room. Good fresh decor. Now has air con which is new. Next to very popular fine cuisine restaurant Smoix which is worth the visit. Very friendly staff. Gave great knowledge about town and great chat. Felt we had known him for years! Breakfast basic but good start to the day. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Review 10：i liked everything, just some suggestion. Maybe power a little more the wifi connection, that is sufficient but not perfect, and maybe put a small fridge in the room, that will improve the quality quite well

Nuno, who manages the Oasis is so friendly and helpful. Our room was above the reception and looked out over the garden. It was spotlessly clean and made up each day. We like to think we will return one day
