Review 1：Wifi you had to continually log in each time you used ?

Review 3：When we arrived at the allotted time 5pm, all the gates were locked and no sign of anybody, we spent an hour going round and round looking for someone to let us in and give us the key, eventually we found a little note pinned in a side window saying to phone a number for someone to bring the key. Why couldn't you have sent an email before we travelled to say what the arrangements were.Very tired. Beds uncomfortable and poorly equipped. No cleaning products provided not even a mop, so in ten days it was hard to keep it clean.

Review 6：we had a great relaxing time , when we arrived Alba on the desk was most helpful and took us to the apartment and explaind everything we live in Spain near Alicante , we will return again ,

Review 7：On arrival had to drive through sewerage on the street. Deposit had to be paid in cash which is not clearly stated. Key to apartment did not work, had to get another to get inside. No kettle but you ask and are given one for use on the cooker, kettle handle broken ! Apartment not as booked. Had specifically booked 2 bedrooms, one a double and one twin. Had two twins. No double available till next day as none were cleaned. Aircon. only in lounge, no extractor in windowless bathroom. No mirrors in bedrooms. Absolutely no cleaning materials, no basic supplies, one toilet roll. Awful drain smell under sink. Chair squeaked loudly when sat on, huge bruised arm on banister going up to top terrace. Ran washing machine on rinse programme to see if it would clear the smell..... it did. Arrived on the Tuesday, sewage still running on the street from the house opposite on Saturday. Not a very good advert for the apartments.

Review 8：Location chosen for the purpose of our visit and was good for filling in time with exploring. Apartment was clean, the towels were lovely and soft. Given free parking as such a hassle to get into apartment. Established gardens were lovely, pools looked clean and grounds kept tidy. Very lush looking. Super fast attention to reported dog mess near pool. Lovely layout inside the urbanisation, pay for parking so handy. Actual apartment could be improved by more aircon units and bathroom extractor and update the electrics.

Review 13：We rented apartment for 11 days and sheets and towels were not changed during this time (yes, I know we could have asked!) Would be helpful to have written instructions for electrical appliances, especially washing machine. Wi-Fi was virtually non existant.

Review 14：Easy accessible location. Variety of restaurants in vacinity + beach. Very attractive grounds, beautifully kept. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Very pleasant reception staff.

Review 15：Could do with a few more kitchen utensils. Some sort of shade on the roof terrace. My friends and husband like to sunbathe but I don't. I was left on my own downstairs. As I am only 5 feet tall. Thie pool was no different to every where else ie too deep for a non swimmer like myself. So I could not take advantage of it.

Review 16：Location is beautifull. This is the second time we have been. If visiting that area again we would definitely stay there.

Review 17：We loved the apartment. It was very nicely organized and very well equipped. We particularly liked the flowers over the balcony and the greenery in the area. The complex of the apartments is large but not too large and very nicely planned. The place was very quiet (we stayed in low season, end of October). There is a short nice walk to an endless very broad beach. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Review 18：Apartamentos Torrelaguna is very close to the beach and cafés, restaurants. It is beautifully well kept and quiet, with very helpful staff. We had an apartment with a spacious rooftop terrace and a covered balcony. We'll definitely be coming back!

Review 19：Would have liked a table, drawers in the bedroom and another mirror in the bedroom as only a small one in the bathroom unfortunately we were right next to the pool filter room which was quite noisy but got used to it

Review 32：Very nice, well-kept complex of white houses. We were there before the season, it was quiet and cozy in the midst of the beautiful vegetation. An ideal place for relaxation. Ricardo and his young assistant very nice and accommodating. We recommend to all who love the vegetation, peace and freedom. Internet connection available in all areas and free. Review 35：This is a two star complex, with a five star garden The rooms are basic, but very clean The price is unbelievable I do not know how they make a profit. As for the staff, they are second to none.

Review 36：Really nice complex, well looked after even though we were there out of season. All staff friendly, especially Ricardo on reception. Short walk to beach, Garrucha town, bars and restaurants. Make sure you try the Tapas bars in Garrucha.
