Review 1：There is absolutely nothing around the area, only one decent restaurant and a long walk to the beach.

Review 3：As we stayed towards end of season Kitchen was not fully equipped.(suggest housekeepers check crockery and utensils periodically)

Review 17：We were an Irish family of 2 adults and 2 children. Most of the staff couldn't speak any English and those who could had very little English. They were quite rude and unhelpful (the tall guy with glasses on reception in particular) There was nothing in the area for entertainment, eating out or even a supermarket. When we asked at reception we were just told "no, there's nothing". We had to get taxi's everywhere. The guy on reception booked taxi's for us the first day or 2 and then after that when we asked we were left waiting around for 30 mins one day and 45 mins another to be told they were very busy and "forgot". We were sitting in the lobby in clear view...he couldn't have forgotten!! My husband went to the bar to order a drink to be met by a girl who put her hand up and said "NO" and just walked off. He had to wait for someone else to come along and serve him. We were told there was late checkout and when we tried to avail of it we couldn't get it because they said the hotel was fully booked so we had to wait around all day for our bus to pick us up, no pool as there was no showers to freshen up for our journey home. Its very clear that if you're not spanish they have no time for you. I felt very uncomfortable dealing with anyone here which shouldn't be the case in any Hotel. Very disappointed!

Review 18：The pool area and the activities by the pool were great. The kids pools were brilliant. The apartment was lovely with everything we needed. The guy (Alex) organising the pool games etc, was extremely nice and helpful.

Review 19：Totally under equipped when it comes to utensils. We were put into an apartment with 2 bedrooms , so should be equipped for 4, it had 3 glasses, 2 teaspoons and 3 knives, no wine glasses tin or bottle opener. Very noisy at the week ends although it did stop at midnight

Review 71：The hotel was modern,clean and extremly comfortalble. A 5 minute drive to Vera in one direction, the same for Garrucha and Villaricos. The Sunday market in Villaricos is a must.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere nothing was too much trouble. Pools(3) gardens well maintained. Bar and restaurant excellent value for money, much cheaper than going to local bars and restaurants who charge tourist prices.
