Review 1：no atmosphere in hotel. Fitness centre not run by hotel and staff their not particularly interested in running a first class gym eg no towels and no water on site. No proper restaurant, just a cafeteria.

Review 5：we arrived and were given a room that hadn't been cleaned. Changed when we complained but put into a room that smelt of cigarette smoke. The restaurant was closed which were hadn't been informed of until later into the evening despite asking for opening times and being given them. Leaving us with little option for a meal after a very long day travelling.

Review 9：Long walk to town and not a lot there when you arrive .we were on a high floor but the view is nothing to get excited about .
Review 10：Modern building and room . Easy to find . Good cafeteria for dinner . There was a restaurant but almost empty so no atmosphere .Good size room and well appointed . Secure parking under . A large part of this modern building with a dramatic atrrium is inhabited by businesses . The hotel probably has a quarter of the space .
Review 11：What we thought could be better is the parking as it is steep and difficult to park a larger car such as a Ford Focus.

Review 35：Hotel was amazing, architecturally and value for money - great rooms, very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. There was also free underground parking and use of gym and a really good value cafeteria. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Review 36：Staff attitude at Breakfast. Very poor breakfast. Room took 15 minutes to warm up from re-entering the room - very very cold until then. Advertises pool/spa. Guests expected to pay 33 euros to use. Generally poor experience all round and stayed there for 4 nights. Will not return and have booked an alternative for next week. Had to move rooms as staff didn't believe me that the heating was not working.

Review 39：We have stayed at Booking.com hotels for yeras and on severalcontinents. This one beats them all for total value. We have stayed atbetter buildings and had better food but over all this one is best. Weliked the ease of access, the secure underground parking, the style, thecafeteria, the bar and the restaurant. We liked the price, the comfortand the building. Its modern and has a spa and gym too if you have timeto use it. The meal prices are just fabulous and the service all throughis just as we might have hoped. I rate this hotel a must if Ciudad Realis en route anywhere
Review 40：Everything so new and all quality materials, great sound-proofing, wow, really impressed...porque only 3 starts? Really impressed.Free parking too! And a decent glass of local wine in the housebar for €1.20. Wish I had have had time to try the food, looked varied and well priced too. 10 points from me!
