Review 1：Hotel offers Wifi but it wasn't working during our stay. Only French TV channels. We specifically requested that our credit card was not charged - it was confirmed by Booking.com that this request had been passed to hotel and acknowledged - and yet on check-out the hotel claimed to have received no such request and had charged my card!

Review 21：The hotel is ideally situated close to centre of town but it is really quiet and adjoined to a beautiful park close to the river. Great value for money and a totally beautiful building. We had many great night sleeps because it was so quiet, considering it is in a town. Excellent - will definitely return again.

Review 22：Restaurant was very disappointing. Only one server who was too busy to serve all of the tables plus he was dressed very badly in jeans and with a greasy ponytail. We waited 20 minutes at a table without even receiving a menu or being offered an apperitif, eventually we left and no-one even noticed!!

Review 25：The hotel is a beautiful building, decorated in a stylish and contemporary way. The staff were very helpful and friendly but not in-your-face. The food in the restaurant ss excellent, one of the best meals we had in Luchon. Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Review 28：Mattresses uncomfortably hard. Restaurant very understaffed so dinnerfar too slow (although food was ok) Breakfast ridiculous. Veryoverpriced and no staff so when items on the buffet ran out there wereno replacements. Tables left uncleaned, no cutlery no plates. Peoplearriving after we did (0915) were waiting more than 30 mins for a cleantable even though two thirds were empty. The cooked aspects of thebreakfast were also poor. Bacon watery and undercooked. Eggs waterycongealed and deeply unpleasant. A short order cook should have been onhand for breakfasts coasting 12 euros. Very poor overall.

There is a restaurant that we did not use (looked a bitquiet and lacking atmosphere) but breakfast was good. Staff were alsovery helpful. Good value with Booking.com.We will go back there on ournext ski trip.
