Review 1：Couldn't get back into apartment after late night out. Door locked and no receptionist despite alleged 24hr reception. Had to sleep in my hire car.

Review 13：The Hotel is very clean all staff were excellent and work very hard. The Bar Snacks and lunch offers were excellent value for money and very tasty. The breakfast was also value for money. The food was freshly cooked there was plenty to choose from. the pool was VERY clean and the sun bed area was clean also. The facilities were excellent with gym and lounge.

Review 14：Central location, provides clean and comfortable accommodation. Nice little gym was an added extra as was the live uk football in the poolside bar. Genuinely good value.

Review 20：I stayed at Hotel D'or with my mum for a week in July 2015. The Hotel, while small, was well maintained, spotless and comfortable. The sunloungers had sun all day long and the wifi was good in public areas (except for the first day when it didn't work.) The location is super for the beach, shops, nightlife, restaurants.

Review 21：The bathroom needs ventilating as it makes the whole apartment smell damp and the mildew in the bathroom needs serious attention.

Review 42：Some of the staff were lacking in customer service-uninterested in helping. Our room had a broken bathroom door upon our arrival and my partner got locked in.it was obvious this door had been broken for some time. On our departure male member of staff was unhelpful and almost rushed us and locked us out of the building.(not a nice feeling for safety at 3am in the morning for two females.)

Review 49：The location was perfect, very close to the restaurants and to the square area. 10min walk to the marina, Cala D'Or & Cala Gran beaches. Even though the hotel does not provide parking area, it wasn't any problem to find parking space close to the hotel. We have also enjoyed playing table tennis by the pool.

Review 50：Where do I start? The water temperature and pressure in the shower fluctuates non-stop. Good luck having a nice shower. The staff is completely incompetent in just about all facets of their work. Three different employees couldnt print my airline boarding pass. There is no room cleaning on Thursdays. The hotel is located right next to a discoteca, good luck sleeping. They couldnt process my credit card so I had to pay in cash. The room smelled bad from the first day and they never cleaned it properly. The shower curtain smelled like mold and indeed there was mold (and ants!) in the shower each day. The breakfast was acceptable but by no means something to write home about. The value for price was terrible. Absolutely terrible. I would not stay here again and would advise everyone to stay anywhere else in Cala d´Or.

Review 52：The TV was not tuned and could not see at all. The terrible noise outside started 22.00 and lasted until 4.30 o'clock. And then started the cleaners of the city drove around the road many times just behind the hotel and parked with engine switched on for an hour. Couldn't sleep at all. It became silent around 8.00 in the morning.

Review 55：Room was disgustingly dirty. There was a ton of long, dark hair on the floor when we arrived. The floor had obviously not been swept or cleaned at all. I didnt take off my shoes at all. The shower/bathroom area had no wall dividing the room, just glass so no privacy. Wouldnt be ideal if not a couple. There was mold growing on our ceiling and the room therefore smelled really bad. One person working the front desk and bar/restaurant area and no one was around when we came to check in for at least 10-15 minutes and we just stood there unsure what to do. Staff seemed angry at me when I complained of the hair all over the room and overall not friendly. They did switch our room after the first night and the new room was much better/cleaner.

Review 105：It was just what we wanted/ needed and excellent for a 2* (should definately be 3*). It was in a good location in relation to the beach, marina, shops and bars and restaurants. It had a good pool and loungers and everyone was really friendly.

NOT good as we were only on a short 3 day break. when finally getting to check into the hotel on our 2nd day the room was very basic and at night our bathroom was over run by ants. upon complaining we were handed a bathroom cleaning spray! not a very good response.

Review 109：This is a cozy little village style hotel, very charter like. It has a pool and the little houses with a front patio make it super nice to chill after returning from the beach. Ideal for longer stays.
