Review 1：Not bad experience but if you want hotel parking its 17/18 euros overnight which obviously adds up. I will book earlier next time to stay at a hotel with free parking....i do know of some.
Review 2：Third time i have stayed there for one night. Location is good, lots of students around so you can get by with english and bit of spanish. Hotel staff are helpful and connected cafe is good.
Review 3：It was not clear that buses going back from town did not all pass hotel. This was probably our fault but take care getting the right bus back to hotel.

Review 6：It has everything I ask to a hotel: Quite ambient, Good Bed&Pillow, standar TV, perfect Shower pressure, Excellent food if needed in the Cafeteria area and the Restaurant. Fast Check-in and Check-Out.
Review 7：Reading the menu was a problem and the waitress made no effort to try to understand or help however the guy at reception had said to come and ask him if we had a problem to translate in English what was on menu so that's what we did.

Review 15：This hotel was ideally placed to get the bus into the city with a bus stop right outside the door running every 5mins into the heart of the city with a journey time of 5 mins. The double room was very spacious and light. Check in and check out at 12.00 is so convenient.
Review 16：Front desk people not very nice. Any of the 3 different individuals we saw while we were there. They were simply unpleasant. I got the impression they were mad we were staying at THEIR hotel! I simply ignored them and enjoy my stay!

Review 19：I stayed at this hotel for my holiday It was awesome and much betterthan that price minimum eur60 Clean room, bath tub, not so small, andpretty cafe downstairs. There are bus station in front of the hotel,several shops, 5 min walking to beautiful garden. Good environment.
Review 20：Our room had a very, very significant stale odor to it. Almost like a smoking room that was cleaned. Wifi worked fine in the room but my phone had trouble connecting in the lobby or the attached cafe next door. (Signs stated it should work -- to be fair my colleague's phone was able to get spotty connection in those locations.)
Review 21：Excellent location! Close enough to the old city to walk or we could catch the bus at the stop right out front ...and far enough out of the "craziness" to enjoy some quiet when desired. Nice area with plenty of restaurants and cafes near by as well as gas station with a convenience store across the street. Really liked that the room had a door separating the room entry/closet/bathroom area from the sleeping area which made for a quieter stay. (Although it could get warm in the bathroom since it was closed off.) Air conditioning was ok, on par with what you tend to find in other hotels. Staff was friendly.
Review 22：If you are Running with the Bulls,you have to walk 20 minutes or take a bus before 6:30 in the morning to get to the starting point. However, the busses run all the time so you wait is normally only 5 minutes or so.

Bus stops right outside the door. The cafe next door is very convenient. There is also a very good cafe across the road at the end of the block. Highly recommend it.

We stayed for the San Fermin festival and the location is perfect if you want to be within easy access of the town, without the crowds and madness of the festivities. Bus stop right in front of hotel takes you straight to town and bus terminals.
Review 69：Great location, reasonable price, very clean and a wonderful staff. We stayed one night then traveled to northern Spain returning for a second stay at this hotel. While traveling I developed an abscessed tooth which needed attention. I called the hotel desk and they arranged a visit to a dentist who solved the problem. The hotel staff went above and beyond. Stay here...you won't be sorry.
Review 70：Unfortunately, I never got the feeling to be welcome in this hotel. No smile, no hospitality. They charged 17eur (!) for parking a motorcycle for 1 night. Thats a ripoff.
Review 71：The road outside the hotel was very noisy. The air conditioning did notwork well and closing windows from noise made it warm and stuffy insidethe room. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Staff were helpfulbut not friendly.
