Review 1：Think it would have been nice to have bar food at night in winter as only two places to eat out at night unless you use the car even pre booked meals like bar food like hotel Mexico but it is December

Review 4：The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Beding was changed every 3 days and the apartment cleaned. The location for the beach is excellent. Secure underground parking which had the added bonus of keeping the car cool during the day. Overall a lovely stay.
Review 5：Great location good views of the sea & pool area from our apartment 3rd floor. Apartment cleaned 3 times in 10 days & bed linen towels also changed at the same time. Staff very helpful always someone there who could speak English helpful & friendly always a smile :-) Would recommend.

Review 8：We was given room s220 we went up and down the lifts looking for this room, unbeknownst to us this room did not exist,all the rooms were numbered on that floor with a prefix ss, the man in the bar put us right,the bed was the most uncomfortable bed in the world,also we could hear every word spoken from next door and the floor above, most of the night people in the floor above were scraping chairs and furniture across the floor, it's a pity it was not a premier inn I would have got my money back

Review 16：Dark corridor when coming out of the lift at night. There did not seem to be any lighting that we could find.
Review 17：Spacious, clean apartment. Parking was secure. Handy to restaurants and supermarket. Would definitely stay here again.
Review 18：WiFi was meant to work in the room, but cut off completely one evening, and was generally very slow. It isn't available in some of the rooms.
Review 19：We were there in low season, so it was excellent value for money. Lots of space, air-con/heating that worked. Only a few minutes walk from the beach. Friendly staff.
Review 20：Booking.com did not sort out our query as to whether there would be anyone at the hotel and did not come back to us. We needed this info as we had to drive 150 miles from the Costa del Sol. When we arrived there was only a single bed in one bedroom and not a double or twin, so we had to be moved, which was OK, but the replacement room obviously had not been prepared. We could not have the use of the Jacuzzi unless we paid an extra 30 euros, which was not as stated in the ad and considering there were no other facilities available and we were virtually the only people in the hotel, which we felt was not good.
Review 21：Enjoyed walking along the beach, which was almost deserted. Hotels and residences were low rise and a long way back from the beach, giving a spacious feel. The skeleton staff were very friendly and helped where they could, even though their English was limited. We had been made aware that we would be alone, which we didn't mind, as it was peaceful. A lovely pool complex, if it had been summer.

Review 24：The second bedroom was tiny with no view. We arranged to have a meal in the restaurant on the first night, our booking was taken when the restaurant was actually closed! The makeshift restaurant was odd - no menu??? The 'chef' (microwave operator) gave us the options, we ordered, the food was warmed up, the fish was dry and burnt around the edges and had obviously been reheated. The spanish omlette was dry and stodgy. Where was this fabulous buffet from the advertisements? It does not exist. Do not eat here. The management then insisted that we pay for the meal even though we objected. Felt cheated and hungry!
