Review 1：Very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Easy walking distance to Old town and very convenient for train and bus station. Very close to the Portuguese Camino route through Pontevedra. All the bedrooms are at the back, so the hotel is very quiet.

Review 23：The staff did not speak great English and my Spanish was worse, so when I tripped down the stairs because the automatic motion sensor lights did not come on, resulting in me missing a step and breaking the wooden bannister on my fall, explaining this to the lady at reception was surprisingly hard. I gave her the broken piece of bannister spoke Spanglish, motioned a fall and pointed to my red arm. She did not have a clue, and was so passive, I lost patience trying to explain it. I wasn't hurt too badly but someone else could have been and when someone hand's you a broken bit of bannister -more assertiveness is necessary.

Review 25：The bedroom was dark because the window was completely obscured by what looked like a sheet of galvanised metal! (The very large separate bathroom, however, had a window which could be opened.) The hotel lacked atmosphere.
Review 26：Inexpensive-in a good location. The hotel is a short walk from the beautiful little squares of the old town Pontevedra- with its many excellent restaurants. We had inexpensive but mouthwatering fresh tuna at 10p.m.(in the restaurant OPPOSITE the Michelin star restaurant!!) The hotel provided plenty of clean white towels, toiletries, toothbrushes and even a comb. The hotel was very clean.
