Review 1：Surroundings dated; some (not all) staff need customer service training; pre-warn customers of late nightly entertainment between 22:00 to midnight, quite loud

Review 6：Good location, relaxed atmosphere, bar service good, food in bar was good. I never ventured into the restaurant as was not sure about cost and service times no information in rooms or outside restaurant so didnt bother to try it.

Review 7：Room needs refurbishing and 2 single beds rather than a double bed, no good restaurants near the hotel as the evening meal in the hotel is canteen standard and fight for your food, only used it one night.

Review 9：The daily activities were announced very loudly and the evening "entertainment" was, again, far too loud. It was also repetitive. There was no information pack in our room and, although we had a basic kitchen, there was no means of making tea or coffee. When we asked for a kettle, we were told that they had removed all the kettles and replaced them with coffee machines, one of which was eventually supplied. All in all, Alex Polizi would have her work cut out.

Review 10：If I could make one suggestion. Put up a daily activities schedule so that people know what is available. We missed some things(it could be that they announced it and we missed it because we don't understand English)

Review 11：Had the best time ever! Yes the hotel needs a bit of a revamp, but more than makes up for with it's environment and fun setting. We never had a issue with deck chairs or waiting of any kind. The staff was brilliant. Would have liked some night time nudist activity.

Review 14：The lady at the reception offered us a quiet room with wonderful sea views. We felt very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. The pool area is gorgeous and very well maintained. The entertainment was discreet and very friendly. We will visit the hotel again!

Review 15：The décor could do with a improving. The paint work had been touched up with different shades and the atrium ceiling needs painting. My wife was kept awake by the constant noise from the pool electrical equipment and the air conditioning did not seem to function. We did not complain because we were only there for one night. It is not the fault of the hotel but the beach has a lot of stones as you go into the sea spoiling an almost perfect beach. We were not sure about the range of facilities in the hotel and an advisory leaflet in English would have been useful.

Review 16：The reception staff very quick and efficient. The room was comfortable and reasonably well equipped. The hotel was very clean. The sun deck and swimming pool areas had plenty of sun beds and were ideal places to work on your tan. We enjoyed a game of crazy golf once we found out where to get the equipment. Breakfast was excellent and well presented and the cook and waiters were quick and attentive. Parking was convenient although we were not invited to park on the hotel site. the atmosphere was relaxed and we enjoyed our brief stay. We would visit again and would recommend the hotel to friends.

Review 76：For a 4* hotel it looked a bit tired quite a few cracked and broken tiles in our room, Despite having an advert board advertising daily activities we didn't see any activities taking place a couple of which we would have been interested in. The meals were atrocious for a 4* hotel, we have stopped in quite a few and we both rate this as the worst food we have had in a 4* hotel. I appreciate it is still quite early in the season but that is no excuse not to supply activities which are advertised it definitely wasn't good value for money.

Review 81：Intrusive (loud) animation/entertainment every night from approx 10pm to midnight which can be heard from all balconies and was in our opinion generally of very poor quality (honourable exception was the Flamenco night) and not in keeping with the overall ambience. We do understand that the hotel tends to attract an older naturist crowd as-well as families with children who may have appreciated the animation, but it needs to be held in a location where guests relaxing on balconies in the evening are not tormented by the volume of it.

Review 82：Friendly staff, very relaxed naturist environment with easy access to playa vera naturist beach if the (very nice) hotel pool area isn't your bag. Beach has a selection of good daytime only beach bars (we wholeheartedly recommend Cota Zero aka the Pirate Bar). Hotel is very clean but some fixtures and fittings are a little 'tired'. We self catered so cannot comment on hotel food. Immediate locality is limited in alternative options for evening restaurants/nightlife but good alternatives are accessible with a short car journey (Garrucha / Mojacar).

They would not honorthe price with booking.com and charged me about $50 more for the week.

Review 89：We paid for an air conditioned studio, we were told that this wasn't turned on until 'mid summer', therefore we had no air conditioning apart from a ceiling fan. WIFI system is ridiculous. You get 1 free hour per day. However you can step outside, go into a nearby bar & get constant free WIFI. Décor & the whole hotel desperately needs a makeover & updating. Our room and all over the hotel has peeling paint. The 'facilities' advertised mentions a mini bar - we did not have one. This hotel is not a 4* hotel by any stretch of the imagination.
