Review 1：Little English spoken so was difficult understanding procedure for getting in at night and free use of tea and coffee

Review 3：I don't think we had the option of buying alcohol on premises i.e. some beer or a bottle of wine. This would have been the icing on the cake!

Review 7：We loved this place , huge charm and extremely warm welcome from the manager couple who made us feel quite at home and comfortable . The breakfasts were superb, no detail missing and the location was very quiet and convenient for the old town.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to stay close to the center, enjoy peace and romantic, ambient atmosphere. Before choosing place to stay I was reading all the reviews and everyone was mentioning the breakfast in the Albranca Hotel and I have to admit that they are absolutely delicious! Local fruits and regional specialities, outstanding service and truly gorgeous place.

Review 10：Staff were outstanding from minute one of our stay. Ready to help with any query about the Island, beaches, restaurants... Location and facilities are superb. Breakfast a luxury experience that offers organic and homemade products to start the day having a feast of local products.

Review 11：The room had roof windows and was oriented not on the garden but on other buildings and during the night there was a very annoying noise (air con ?) coming from outside which obliged us to close the roof windows. Hopefully this noise stooped around 1am. The amenities in the bathroom could be better.

Excellent location and perfect for chilling after a hard day at the beach :) Would definitely come back and recommend. Although the host spoke mainly spanish, we could comunicate very much even without words. It is one of the places where you can forget about time, duties and everything around and just relax! The long cellar pool is lined with limestone and subtly lit. The hammam is also of very high quality. No expense spared

Review 24：At night,from 23.00 until 2oclock in the morning,there was a noise froma water pump on the roof of a neighbouring house..Which meant wecouldn't, have the windows open during the night. With the windowsclosed the noise was minimal.

Review 27：Jose & his wife were so lovely & made us feel extremely welcome. The room was beautiful, very clean, and with large opening windows overlooking a very pretty courtyard. Breakfast was the highlight. It was amazing, a delicious buffet with home-made bread and wonderful freshly squeezed orange juice. At other times, we could use the coffee & tea making facilities in the kitchen whenever we wanted. Everything is Eco-friendly and standards are very high. Incredible value for money. We loved our trip to Hotel Albranca, a gorgeous little haven tucked away on a side street, but still in a fabulous location, just a 5 minute walk to the port and the restaurants of Ciutadella. The owners are delightful and make you feel like special members of the family from the minute you arrive. I couldn't recommend this charming little hotel more highly. We would love to go back one day!

Review 28：Only disappointment was I booked a room, which was confirmed, with 'views of garden and patio'. We were given a room with 2 skylights, after pointing this out we were offered a smaller room with a view of entrance alleyway. This hotel is a great place to stay BUT surely you should get what you pay for.

Review 34：If you want peace and tranquility in the middle of a town this is thehotel. The manageress Maria is fantastic in providing room service,breakfast and other requests. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotelonly has five bedrooms some overlook the courtyard others have roofwindows. The hotel has been successfully converted from stables and thecourtyard is the perfect place to relax. The Spanish breakfast wasexcellent. The hotel does not have a bar or mini bars in the room, wedrank our own in the courtyard. Tea/coffee/water is available from thebreakfast area.
