Condo Hotel La Destière sells fast on our site. La Destière is located just 100 feet from the ski-lifts with direct access to the Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc ski slopes. Review 1：the lady who diret the hotel dont speak English but we found someone to translate . the location is isolated in the mountin and its not near to supermacit. 1,30 driving hours from Annecy 2 hours from Geneve.
Review 2：everything , the lady who direct the property , and the cheaf .. we can using the washing machine for free .
Review 3：Pleasant staff who helped with us moving outside onto the the veranda in the sun for breakfast and and a helpful owner who assisted in our booking of a meal in the nearby town as their own restaurant was closed as it was out of season.

Review 9：The location is amazing, right next to the lifts and only 20 min from La Clusaz or Megeve. Also the stuff was really friendly and the room really well equiped.
Review 10：Difficult to find, no name, only address of hamlet where it is located, is fixed to aparthotel, hence confusing. No flat screen TV, such as mentioned in a proposal. No repairs, coat rack broken, the radiator of the bathroom is repaired with tape, broken wardrobe door, ... No soap or shampoo. No WiFi on room.

Review 12：The cleaning could be done a lot better. Cleaning materials were left in the bathroom. Washing machine just outside our door was running very noisy until 10PM. We had to wait half an hours before the breakfast was made ready at 8.30AM.

Review 21：The road was clocked for construction and GPS did not had another way. So we drove to the mountain through a small road where both sides cars were going. It was dangerous drive to the top

Review 27：At the beginning we wanted to stay there for 2 nights, but we were charmed by the place and the family that runs it, specially lovely Gisele, and decided to stay for 1 more week!!! The room was big enough, had kitchen facilities and was cleaned every day, the place is located in the heart of the french alps, and easy to get from it to the attractions of the surroundings.
Review 28：Good place for an overnight stay or two. This Hotel is primarlly suited to winter sports. Transport is essential to get to the hotel and a GPS is a great help.
Review 29：Ok so the hotel was 30 meters from the ski lift. Which is great when it's open but when it's closed as it was the day we arrived then its a 15km drive to La Clusaz. We were not aware of this when we booked but the family who run the restaurant were extremely helpful. Although only the son could speak any English (that's as much my fault for not knowing much French) they managed to book us a taxi to take us to and from there each day for 3 days for €180. We got to board on lots of different slopes. They also allowed us to stay for 6 hours extra and it was really cheap. Overall I was happy.
Review 30：The description was for 3 bedrooms, but actually the 3rd bedroom is alsopart of the living room. It consists of a bunk bed with thick curtainsfor privacy, and 2 additional single sofa beds. Unfortunately thejacuzzi needed a good clean out as black stuff was churned out.
Review 31：The chalet apartment was very close to the ski lift so one could ski inthe morning, walk back to the chalet for lunch and a bit of rest, andreturn to ski in the afternoon. It had beautiful views of the mountainsand people on the ski slopes right from our balcony and terrace. It waswell furnished with everything required, only dryer missing, so makesure to hang clothes on a rack during the day. The main bedroom had 2single beds which can be put together with its own separate toilet, andjacuzzi bath in the room. The second bedroom had a 1.40m double bed witha separate small shower and wash basin, no toilet. The huge living roomhad a table big enough for 10 people. There is separate bathroomfacilities in the living room.

Review 37：It was a perfect location with easy access to the ski field right atyour doorstep! It was also quiet and not too crowded so it was ideal fora ski trip away from all the fuss. Our room was amazing too and had afire place which was an additional bonus! I highly recommend to anyonelooking for a getaway in the alps of France. Staff were also veryhelpful and always went the extra mile. I loved it!
Review 38：The hotel is far from the village of La Giettaz (3.5km) and quite trickyto get back to if you do not have snow chains or winter tyres (rentalcompany in Geneva did not warn us). The location of hotel is a lot morerural than we thought and we had to drive 30mn to find fairly priesupermarket to get groceries for the apartment.
Review 39：La Destiere is a very welcoming place, Gisele and Jean-Pierre aremarvellous hosts and always available should you need anything. Thelocation is perfect if you are there to ski as not even 1mn from lifts!!We were upgraded to small apartment at no extra cost as one wasavailable and that was a great surprise. We would stay there again ifskiing in Savoy.
Review 40：The area, the hotel and our room (Pelye) are much nicer in real.than yousee at the pictures on the website. The Giselle and Johann ( her son)hosting family likes to make amazing porc sausages which I did not tastebecause I dont eat meat and in the restaurant and in the area it washard to find a good vegetarian meal but on the other hand they have verygood cakes.

Review 42：This is a basic low cost hotel where the accommodation is apartmentstyle. This gives flexibility of use and gives greqter independence. Itis remote from town or larger village life but very handy for the skislopes, chairlift abot 200 yards away. Theb staff were friendly andhelpful, although there is a slight drawback in respect of English notbeing well spoken.
