Review 1：Good location, close to the highway, but calm. Memmingen town centre is so nice, its small town square with the Christmas market was just amazing :o) Nice breakfast.

Review 2：we wanted to check out later and have a shower. We were allowed to use the showers in sauna because the room was not available anymore. A colleague forgot his jacket in the room but they kept it seperately and gave it back to us. Great service of staff.

Review 4：The automated system for late check-in worked very smoothly. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were friendly. Very nice hotel!

Review 6：The main issue we had was the lack of air con in the room and building (we staying in July and it was very warm). The only other thing of worth to note, is that the hotel is in a industrial estate so the surroundings are not that interesting and you will have to drive to get into town, but on the flip side it is very quiet so it really depends on what you are looking for.

Review 9：Hotel is situated just off the motorway, in an industrial / retail area. Arrived late and used auto book in machine, very easy and choice of languages. Hotel was very clean and the staff spoke English and were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Bussiness in the local area or for a stop on route.

Review 12：The staff of the hotel offered at no cost to collect our bicycles and ourselves from the airport: and to return us to the airport at the end of the stay! On our first night we were also driven to a local restaurant and collected by the owner. Very friendly staff.

Review 53：The night time check-in kiosk was a little confusing but for the most part went well. Was a bit scary if you've never done something like this before in a country you've never been to before.

We got the shuttle one-way, but then, on our departure, they called a cab for us, and we ended up paying 15 euros for the cab. We probably would have chosen a different hotel, had we known the free shuttle would not be free.

Review 61：Please do not be put off by the location on an industrial estate, this was the best hotel out of 10 we stayed at over a period of 2 weeks. The design was excellent and the rooms so impressive. Staff were welcoming and the hotel owner even took time out to transport the 4 of us with wheelchair to a restaurant nearby. Could not have been more helpful and the breakfast concluded a perfect overnight stay. Would highly recommend this for leisure or business.

Also, the only way to get to the hotelfrom the airport or railway station is by taxi (about €12). It issupposted to be 2.5 kms from the centre but I think that it is cloaer to5 kms from any shops or restaurants (but also see likes).

Review 67：There is a free shuttle to the airport but you have to book one in advance. We got to the hotel after 9pm, so there was no one in reception for us to book a shuttle with. Luckily they were accommodating in the morning. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Even though there is a bar, there was no one available to serve us. The hotel is in an industrial area, so there is absolutely nothing to do - the 'chill out' section in the hotel is very basic, only 3 tables in a tiny area. The hotel is pet friendly which I am totally cool with but the room next to us had a little dog in it that would bark like mad every time his/her owners would leave the room. This gets annoying!
