Review 2：Easy to locate and great parking. Had large clean modern room. Staff very helpful with directions and explanations on how to reach the Manchego cheese farm.

Review 5：I stayed here for five nights, two longer than my original planned stay, although the room was cheap enough that two extra nights was still very cheap. I cannot express how truly fantastic this hotel was, even if everything else about my stay in Spain wasn't great, this hotel was perfect. The stay were kind, helpful and patient. One thing I really appreciated was how understanding and reassuring they were with my Spanish, which nevr presented any problems for them.

Review 14：Breakfast schedule 7:30-10:00AM was NOT honored as there were NO cleaned/prepared places to sit, 7 tables that had not been cleaned, people still eating, but 9:50AM arrival were treated with no place clean to sit, food/dishes being removed, and unpleasant reception. Finally were gestured to sit @ an unclean table and plates & glasses for juice/coffee were replaced for use...attitude changed as they realized that even after 10:10AM there were people coming....Food offered/replaced adequately and certainly tasty for the price.

Review 17：Walked in the door and went wow. Entrance with stairs coming down required a photo as did some of the other areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially as my husband required some first aid. The bedroom was very comfortable.Wifi worked even on 5 th floor. Breakfast buffet had good selection

We really enjoyed our stopover night in Ciudad Real. The city was lovely to wander enjoy a drink a meal and see the town clock strike 8pm on a Saturday night with Don Quixote making a surprise visit

Review 25：This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in .I can only assume it is the locatlon as to why the hotel was empty when we stayed there at the end of August.The hotel is like a palace.We had dinner and I have to say it was one of the best meals I have had in spain and I have had a lot.We was going from Burgos to Cordoba on route to Nerja so it was an overnight stay.We will be on the same route next year and will be staying here again.veary good value for money.

Review 27：We did not know what to expect as Ciudad Real was a new venue for us. We were very pleasantly surprised as the hotel has a very lush decor with unusual features (the statue of Don Quixote outside Restaurant Roberto is one of the best we seen and other statues and features abound) After a great reception, we parked the car in the secure underground car park with direct access to all floors (only €6 but parking is free on the supervised parking outside the front door)The king sized bed in a large, comfortable, sound proof room was lovely and the air conditioning worked well (it was nearly 39c outside!) There was nice bathroom with power shower, free wi-fi in all areas and the free water and soft drinks in the mini bar was much appreciated. We had our evening meal in Restaurant Roberto and at €16.50 for the 'meal of the day' were amazed at the quality and obvious talent of the chef. All in all we were delighted with everything having paid more than double the night previously for the same quality. Well done Doña Carlota and Many Thanks.

Impressive entrance and communal areas. An easy 15 minute walk to the city centre. Some good restaurants nearby for those who do not want to eat in the hotel. Weather cold outside but it was very warm inside the hotel. Not much noise from outside because of the double glazing. A excellent couple of nights in a nice friendly city, not teeming with tourists, but with a good feel to it.
